App works fine on mobile but the android TV version is horrible. Game will go from being perfectly fine and then for 10 sec or so to a 1990s style grainy mess like I have dial up internet. Then back to a clear picture, then back to 1990. I have tried reloading the app, deleting cache, etc with no change. When contacting customer support, their response was that my internet bandwidth is the issue, even though every single streaming app besides this one plays flawlessly on my android box.

Nothing worse than the inability to turn off notifications. The options simply don't work, I have them all turned off; but they do nothing. Almost as bad as websites that don't let you go back. I have league pass premium but will not use the app. Edit. Nope, did all suggestions below; still get push notifications. Very nice. Uninstalled.

ok I like that it updates you to the newest things happening in the NBA, but in reality the only thing you can do without paying is watching the highlights. I can't even watch the one game without paying for a subscription. this app needs to let some games free, and other ones that are more important with a fee so they can get income but we also get entertainment. I barely use it for the cause of paying for watching EVERY THING. other than that it has the potential to become a good sports app.

Such a long, tragic history of the best league in professional sports having by far the worst app. From the early days when they would forget to turn on the stream for West Coast games until sometime in the second half to more recent problems with the app denying geo access to Sac games even though I am practically in Mexico (just North of the Mexico border.) New problem? The video controls (start, pause, settings) stay on the screen forever! Treat this team like a losing coach, please!

Continues to log out all the time... the alerts for 24hrs before start of game are useless and annoying... not worth the money paid being that I miss 1st qtr trying to get logged in multiple times on the ruko before I can watch... shows a connect to screen but never seem to be able to find even though on same wifi!!! I have alot of streaming services and this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT CARE!!!!!

The video is constantly choppy. I thought it was just my tv so I went to my phone and it was the same. I've had a game go 3 quarters before messing up and had some that I could not watch period because it was just choppy the whole time. I would recommend going through Amazon or YouTube. I used the app because I got a student discount but it seems like you get a less reliable product and you're better off paying the extra or not at all is my recommendation.

This app is all around garbage. Too much stuff going on in every screen. Extremely glitchy. Can't watch the highlight videos, but it damn sure will play the ads that come before it. I love the NBA, and this app is making it where I almost don't wanna keep up with it anymore. Yes, I have the latest version. Do something to actually fix the app.

The app lags, the stream lags on Tv. Sometimes it's like it's trying to load with a 240p quality. I pay for the subscription for a whole year and I feel scammed. I know it's not my internet because I tried it on several different devices and even some of my friends have the same issue. When I use other streaming services, including streaming games which takes a lot more bandwidth to run, it works fine. I have 1gb fiber, It should run seamlessly. Your app sucks, I want my money back.
