This app is terrible. There is no tab for my account where I can view my purchases, click on purchase again or see real-time tracking. I see everything but my "stuff". Go look at how Amazon or Ebay is setup and clear some of the clutter. They are user friendly. I want to see what pertains to me and everything else out the way. Do you guys even sit down with users and let the user try to navigate your app before putting it out there? This is a bag of confusion. Terrible.

I like the free games for opportunity to win fanatics cash, however the games to win are near impossible given the choices. Probability of +10000 also games are glitchy and full of bugs, sometimes closes on its own and doesnt save picks.

I wanna know why your app and the website won't let me log in, keeps saying I have either the email wrong or the password wrong, and I know my email is correct as well as my password because I did do the whole "forgot my password", so once I try to log in with the new password, it still gives me the same message about either one being wrong. What can you guys do to help me out with this one?

Free expedited shipping that takes 2 weeks or longer. Honestly, I should've just bought jerseys somewhere else. Shipping from China is faster. Still waiting on half my order from August.

Complete trash! You have to constantly login every single time you attempt to do anything. It's like it has no damn memory anymore. Between how slow the pages load, the having to constantly login, & the lack of help & support they offer; both Fanatics and the app rate a 1 out of 5 & that's being generous!!

The new UI is terrible. After you login to the app, the first tab labeled 'For You' knows none of your preferences and just promotes their new sportsbook and games with a long list of tiles. As you make your way to the 'Shop' tab you'll likely need to login again to what looks like the old version of the app. It's like they just stuck a wrapper on top of the old app in an effort to promote their new sportsbook business. Finally, their line of merchandise is undersized and of poor quality.

I like the sportsbook but... This app has bugs that need to be fixed. Ever since downloading it, it doesn't ever load the daily fantasy page. I'd love to make my free picks but when you click that screen on the Google Pixel 7 the screen just freezes and never loads. I've tried so many times to get around this bug and none work please fix.

Their products are way overpriced and their quality is very poor. Shipping normally takes awhile especially if you have multiple items. If you have problems with your order it takes even longer to receive a replacement. I wouldn't recommend you get something free from Fanatics.
