Trash app, lesson learned, before buying a camera, look at app reviews. This app has only gotten worse since ive had the cameras. I bought one initially, the app had issues, but nothing major, i ended up buying 2 more... over time the app has just got to the point, where its almost unusable. Every time i open and try to check a camera it freezes, i have to close the app and try again. Camera load times are long, and ironically the camera closes to our router has the most issues connecting.

At first it seemed to work ok. Clumsy, but mostly functional, with the occasional crash. I've been using it for 3 months now, and I'm back to reinstall because I was having too many connection issues. The fault is in the app. I get notifications of motion, and recordings show in the cloud, but it often won't display the live feed. There are other issues (like the cloud, etc). But since there is no other way to access the camera, I'm stuck. The iOS app is only marginally less bad.

A mixed bag. The hardware appears to be fine, but the supporting software is weird at best. I get the impression that the developers change X, and don't test the change. Recently, I've had an issue where of my four cameras, I could only switch between two before I got a black screen for the video feed.. only resolved via a restart of the ebitcam app. And today all feeds are black, regardless of what I do. Come on EbitCam, get it right.

works well overall with a few small bugs. If the camera won't connect due to the server being down or no internet access you have to search for local devices; it's not obvious how to switch between internet connected and local device as "find local devices" is buried in the menu. occasionally (rarely) disconnects and won't load the feed; see above...

80% of the time using this app is loading screens and freezing, waiting and waiting...No feature of fast forwarding or slow motion for the videos. Can't slide left/right through hundreds of snapshots, you need to open and close each one. If you need to find something on the recordings of a street full of moving people and cars, well, good luck wasting hours. The perfect app for watching over a wall in desert. P.S. The developer doesn't respond to emails for technical issues.Regret the purchase.

Dissapointing. App has a lot of connection issues. Can't view records from the sdcard. Can't view live images. It's frequently displaying offline (but in cloud is still recording). I think it's designed for customers to pay extra due to lack of stability in offline setup, and choosing at the end to pay in order to be able to use it properly.

If you have a Pixel phone (I've tried both a 2 & a 3XL then just don't bother, the app crashes continuously on a Pixel 2 and on the 3 it won't connect to a wireless network. I ended up using an old tablet that runs android 6 to get it to connect. Even then make sure your using a Hi quality class 10 SD card if you want viewable recordings. Normal class 10 cards will record, but will be unwatchable on playback.

I am disappointed, after reading customers reviews on amazon site i decided to buy your camera, i noticed that you are reading your customers comments and reviews and when ever there is an issue you are very helpful, i gave you 2 stars becuase your app is user friendly and easy to use, installation as well is straight forward, but unfortunately the system doesnt work properly; the screen get blocked, there is few seconds lag, sometimes the camera moves randomly, the night vision suddenly stops from working and if there is no light you see just dark, my toddler woke up and crawled to the edge of the bed, the camera was on but no notification received, the notification setting is always on. if there is a fix please let me know, otherwise the camera is shock proof so it maybe good as an expensive door stopper.
