With e-Boks you can access your mail digitally and securely from both companies and public authorities, anywhere and anytime.Our app provides you with a range of options to organize your mail. But e-Boks is much more than just a digital mailbox:
- Sign documents digitally. The documents are easily signed using NemID and saved in e-Boks.
- Pay bills. Pay your bills directly in e-Boks. Pay with creditcard or Betalingsservice.
- e-Boks supports a multi-level folder structure unlike any other digital mailboxes out there, allowing you to organize your mail in a perfect tree structure.
- Mail management at your fingertips. Just swipe right to mark a message as read, or swipe left to archive.
- Read and manage mail that others have given you access to.
- Upload important personal documents. e-Boks is like an online bank vault, which allows you to store everything from mortgage deeds and birth certificates to photographs of your valuables for insurance claims.
We are also introducing e-Boks Plus. Here you can access a range of services which are designed to make your everyday life easier and more convenient. You decide which services you want to add, and you always have full control over the content. We are continuously adding new services and you are invited to share feedback and submit ideas to e-Boks Plus through the app.
It is easy to get started. You simply log-on as you are used to. If you are new to e-Boks we recommend creating a user with your NemID to get access to all features of the app.

Using Firefox as my default browser, I haven't been able to login for about 1.5 years now. ebok.dk also doesn't work in Firefox for Desktop. Maybe you actually focus on supporting other browser that aren't chromium.

Worst app, just get your mail the old fashioned way, it will save you from SO MUCH TROUBLE! I don't even know where to begin there soooooo many problems. But for starters, no reply? There's a reply button for messages, but it doesn't work! Always (ALWAYS) says an error has occurred, well yes I know it was an error to download this app, but don't flash it in my face like that..

Nice! Now I can log in. Only took a month to fix! The very definition of "rapid", I believe! So, the "new, improved!" app... Well. There's no "login" button after you've typed your password. Just press enter. *REALLY* bad UI/UX. But at least I can log in, so that's a start. I get in. After watching the loading icon for what seems like an eternity, I can see my mails. No matter which one I click on, I'm informed the item is locked, and I need to log in again. So... I log in again. Which takes me to the home screen, where I see the loading icon forever. I click on the same mail that I just unlocked.... "This mail is locked. Log in again to unlock it." And so on, and so on. Excellent! So, now, not only the the app still absolutely useless, but now, it gives me a sense of hope (that it promptly destroys in short order) and wastes my time. Not so much "New, an improved!" as "New, and made worse!" I'm a developer, and just how it's possible to deploy an app to production with so many serious flaws absolutely blows my mind. Have you not heard of testing, guys?

In the new app it is not possible to download documents to device. This was an essential and very useful feature which worked just fine in the old app. Please fix. Edit November 13th 2020: Still no way to download letters as PDF. Instead a complete useless feature, which, very annoyingly, keeps popping up after login, asking if I would like notifications about "plus content". I use e-boks almost on daily basis, and I have never needed any of the "plus" functionality.

Completely useless. Prompts for creating a password, then doesn't continue after pressing continue. After restarting the app it prompts me for my password. Entering the password and pressing continue, nothing happens. No error message, nothing. Used to work great in the older versions, now it is useless after they separated mail from the public sector into its own category.

Tried to set up mobile access on at least 3 phones and it was not possible. Last error was that the "repeat password" field is broken. Also UX is pretty bad.. all I want to see is my inbox, but get bombarded with all the other options I don't need. Ideally they would just let me forward all mail to my email. Cant follow links or mark things in messages. Cant forward to email or open with pdf reader.. it is a really useless app

I have multiple company profiles added to my main e-boks account, as well as family members. However, due to the lack of quality, I cannot switch between them. I say quality as this is a bug that has existed just as long as the app, which means that it is a feature now. The only way for me to fix this, is to remove and add them again, which also results in them showing up multiple times. After a few times of this work-around the list becomes unusable.

So now they want me to enable logon with fingerprint. No option to say no (or remind me later). Effectively my access is blocked because I do not recollect some old password -- and the app interface at this point has no "reset password" feature. Apparently they do not have any real or effective user testing before releasing updates!?! EDIT: now there is a "reset" link, but still no option to decline.
