This is actually very good. In many ways, I like DynaMed much better then UpToDate except for the times I truly want to dig into minutiae, but at that point I'm often referencing professional society publications. I really appreciate how most articles have a near-universal structure. Occasionally, the app freezes when I first open it, and I have to force close it. This is the reason for the 4 stars.

Latest update broke the login process. Each day I have to log in again, the login is not persistent. The platform has great content, presented in a bulleted style that is easy and quick to read. So far they improved the design a little bit, but there are many things to improve still. I would like to have easier access to tables and images.

Dynamed plus is the very good app. Its content is superb. I want to mention few problems that I have noticed. The application content doesn't update on its own and when manually update, the update process takes pretty long time. The application isn't supported in older Android version. I would like to request the developer to make the compatible app at least with Android Jellybean, if possible. Thanks!

In comparison to other resources that claim to be up to date, this is superior. I love the explanation of the data and the guidlines. The format is simple to follow. The alerts for practice changing papers is also wonderful. The only downside is that this doesn't have a lot of information on the more bizarre and rare conditions.

An excellent application. But I am having a hard time with the app after the latest update. After I download the offline version, it still requires internet connection to operate. I downloaded the offline version a dozen times but that didn't help. Sometimes even with internet connection, the app doesn't show any content. Can you please help?I unknowingly used the app when my VPN was on. Could this be the effect of that?

Difficult to navigate on phone, it's in an outline form, not easily searchable, not easy to find clinical "answers" rapidly. It's very much an app the refers you to original resources-you literally have to read thru original references, and "figure things out" yourself. When you need answers quickly, DynaMed is not the place to search. It's easier to search Google.

Keeps asking to reauthorize my account after logging from my institution. Now the app doesn't even allow me to search anymore. Apparently this has been known issues reported by several users for at least for the past several months (read reviews) but it's unbelievable they still haven't addressed the issue and still continue to to charge people for using their app. Update: it's unbelievable how they have been dragging their feet to fix this known issue. Developer of this app should be fired!

The Dynamed app is still logging me out of my personal account very often. I have re-download the latest version ( Oct 7th 2019), but it's still causing issues on my Galaxy s 10. The problem can be made better by going into the settings and then apps, and then storage and then clearing the cache. However, it comes back.
