Great concept awful execution.. VERY buggy and flaky app. was pain to get signed up with Google account because it kept giving errors that it worked so thought i was set. opened app multiple days to enter test data. suddenly it won't open just says oops something went wrong try later. been doing that for days now. can't even log out it gives that error just trying that. uninstalled and started over but same error. App is worthless if no functions work.

Went to use the updated app. I press the photo button and a message pops up and says something went wrong. But it doesn't tell me what went wrong. Yes I reset the password and logged back in.

Very buggy, reminders set out more than a month don't show up in reminders.

Doesn't sync with your calendar. (Update) Developer responded that it was fixed. I re-synced with my Google account and it still didn't work. I even tried the "local calendar" option with no luck. Called the support number to talk to customer service and despite being open from 8-5 I received an automated response they couldn't take the call at this time.

Love that I know exactly how much of which chemicals to add! Only downfall I have noticed in 6 months of use is that there is no option for chlorine level/color to be correct. You have to choose either high or low level. Frustrating to never be able to see, "Good job! Perfect levels, do nothing different today."

App is poorly designed and counterintuitive to use. Once you record a water testing reading, you can't see what the various reasings were; only the summary of the result. Auto-generated reminders aren't being calculated correctly, and the dates the app asks you for during profile setup aren't clearly explained. Just kind of disappointing overall, and leaves a bit to be desired. Why bother making an app with such basic functionality, if you aren't going to even get the basics right?

I love the Frog @ease system but the app leaves a lot to be desired. I have tried multiple ways to upload a pic of the test strip or used my camera to take a pic and it ALWAYS Fails!!! Generally it can read either Pad 3 or Pad 0. I reached out to the company and they indicated it can be "finicky" and suggested most users enter manually. I have used white backgrounds as suggested and same results.

I Love the product but the app usually does not capture the photo that needs to be sent in in order to tell you how to adjust the water. Like tonight it kept telling me that it couldn't read pad zero and who knows what pad zero is because there are four pads on the strip. So I basically have to go into the manual mode and select it myself which defeats the purpose of taking a picture and having their software analyze it for me. Or a lot of times it will come back with a totally wrong color.
