This latest update is awful! The accounts part is like the loop from the devil. The back button doesn't take you back; the menu isn't one; to find multiple accounts for payment is like a secret compartment in a horror movie. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be put in a round room and told to go stand in the corner.

The recent change in the mandatory $10 minimum for card payments should be done away with for prepay accounts. I say that because what if it's the night before you get paid and your account falls to $-0.55. and someone only has $1.00 in their bank they should be allowed to make any payment amount to get their account out of a negative balance. Eidsto electric will shut the off power with a $ -0.55 account balance, but won't accept $1 payment? Americans are struggling 2 make ends meet. Be mindful
