It's okay but can not send pics in the chat to an officer section as I wanted to send a screenshot with the conversation not through the download document section. As well the phone buttin doesn't work under my PO name the email does though. Guess it's better then commutibg to go see a PO in person.

This app causes my battery to drain very quickly. As well as my other apps to act weird. Like if I hit a notification, it takes me to some other link. I contacted an administrator about it and they assured me they don't monitor my data usage or monitor my phone calls or texts, but can't explain the battery usage or strange issues I've been having. I am not on probation. I have yet to have my day in court, but feel I am being treated as if I have been convicted of a crime. Not impressed!

I had this app, then I uninstalled it. Now that I have installed it again, it tells me that my username/password is incorrect. I go to "forgot password" at the bottom of the page and it takes me to the "send my phone a code" option. I put my number in and haven't ever received a code. I've been trying for days. Now I've probably been fooking breached... Thanks Repath...

I definitely like the fact of how much easier it is to keep up with court dates and easy check ups, but I'm noticing my phone acting up alot so I looked in the permissions and it literally states that they can read your texts, emails, browsing data and the list goes on.

So you're reporting to your probation 'team' but there is zero confirmation except a stock 'your report has been submitted' auto reply. Given that the average person risks imminent arrest and incarceration should the app fail or your data connection glitches, this is simply not good enough, and is unacceptable as an end user. A simple, your report has been received by agent #whatever, and your confirmation number is #whatever should be expected at a minimum, simple coding to implement, & matters

Anything I do on my phone the repath symbol pops up and says it's syncing with my phone, which seems like there just watching everything I'm doing on my phone which is invasion of privacy and is something that isn't in my conditions

Easier than going to meet downtown or have to travel by bus. Easy to message your officer and get a reply fast, haven't had any problems. I have anxiety and not having to be face to face is a bonus. Check in is easy too.

Way better than having to go all the way to see your P.O and they ask you the same questions everytime. It's good to see that the system is willing to embrace new technology and new ways of doing things.
