Fresh Tri is a mindset and habit-building app that helps you eat healthy, manage stress, move more and think positively using brain science.

Remove the frustration, shame, and failure of traditional tactics. Current weight loss and habit tracking apps are designed for fast results, not lasting results. With Fresh Tri, you'll gradually learn and use the Iterative Mindset Method™ — a science-based, practice-and-iteration approach that keeps you going, no matter the obstacle.

Iteration just means that you figure out what works for you right now, by adjusting and tweaking your way toward the lifestyle you love and can easily maintain.

How To Use The Fresh Tri App
Follow 4 Easy Steps to achieve the sustainable, healthy lifestyle you've always wanted.

(1) Create your Tri, a simple habit to practice.
Then, you will:

(2) Check-In daily. If things are going well, say so! And if not, that's totally OK.
Why: When you Check-In, you'll get tips and ideas for practicing your habit or changing it up. Either way, you're iterating your way to success! Fresh Tri believes that relapse and setbacks are a normal and necessary part of a lasting habit-building process.

(3) Share with the community! Set your daily intention and gratitude within the Fresh “Tri(be)” feed.
Why: Intentions encourage self-honesty and accountability, while gratitude has been scientifically proven to improve emotional and physical health. By sharing with others (anonymously, if you wish), you can inspire — and be inspired by — others in the community.

(4) Train your mindset. Visit the Train section to build your new and more powerful Iterative Mindset!
Why: Learn how to apply the Iterative Mindset to your daily practice with nationally recognized health and wellness trainers, including MDs, PhDs, RDNs, and Clinical Health Coaches. Explore over 720 Mindset training sessions developed to power your wellness journey.

so far, this app provides a gentle way to build new habits by taking a non-judgmental approach and by using incremental steps to change bad habits to good choices. I like that they provide many pathways to do this. This feels like an app for the long term, not the quick fix.

Wow, it got everything I was looking for in one place! Motivational and educational videos, habit tracking, community, tips, and more! I can't wait to earn my first habit badge, it's going to be rewarding. I am learning so much about habit building after reading Atomic Habits, and this app really seems to support that! Thank you for this app. Appreciate anything that helps me in my health journey

This app was suggested thru my insurance to help me manage stress. All the ideas and tips are things I've either already tried or already do. I don't need a weight loss app. The constant notifications cause me more stress because it's something else I have to worry about finding time to do in my already hectic schedule. It's a good idea and fairly easy to use but it's not for me.

I am giving five stars because I only got up to providing my email, then wondered why you need my email. Then I decided to read the comments and found a phone number is required. I feel I can't give less stars because I will not see how the app really is. My suspicions are this app is collecting mental data and personal information for research purposes. This app is a ad.

The check-in feature is pretty lame. Asks the same questions every time and offers no meaningful feedback. The concept is decent. The video content has some promise.

Sure the app is good but can't get past verification email. Clicked resend verification like 10 times already and not getting anything. Tried multiple emails and nothing.

Okay, it's only been two days, but I'm loving this app so far! The focus on mindfulness and creating neural pathways to guide you toward healthier behaviors re: food, exercise, meditation, and focusing on the present moment appeal to both my psych background and my spiritual and philosophical beliefs. So much better than "going on a diet" or "starting a new exercise program." Change your mind, and let the other things sort themselves out over time!

Originally I really liked this app. Now, it's bothering me though. I was on a 21 day streak and, because I had such a GREAT day that I forgot to check in, I lost my streak. How unmotivating. This was yesterday . Now I don't even feel motivated to check in today, because having a GOOD day can screw up a check in streak. I may still use the videos and such, but I'm not sure I'll continue to "check in", because losing it because of doing great is just sad.
