I like the app, but I agree with the people who say the registration is a pain. I had to do the document scanning 3 times, each time the regjstratiin failed without specifying a reason. Eventually I got an email saying that I was registered. Besides that the app works good. It has some rough edges but nothing that can't be improved. I registered yesterday and I already took 6 rides, I LOVE IT!

The app doesn't work for me since three days after the last update. After several calls to customer service still no answer, no explanation, no messages from them, nothing. Really bad service. After 4 years i regularly having issues with the app. A few months ago I booked a car overnight because in the morning I had to travel to the airport. When I went to pick up the car the app was blocked and I couldn't open the car. I had to get a taxi a 4 in the morning spending 60€.

Got even worse as of late, ever since they introduced the Yoyo electric, the car won't open, the app gets stuck, you're forced to call the customer service, they won't solve it until later on... Nightmare

Lately the service Is degrading. The app doesn't connect with the car, sometimes the car doesn't unlock once inside even though you've entered the pin. Other times the car isn't available for rent but appears on the map and the app let's you book it. And moreover u end up losing 10-15min between trying to figure out what is wrong and the client's service. At least they're professional and if there's a need to they send back the credit counted from opening the car. Plz better maintain the cars.

While driving ok. But there are issues. For example the application can stop to work without previous information because they need information. It happened to me in a random date not corresponding to any expiration. Ok. But the app has big informatic issues in updating ones data's. The automatic checking system doesn't work properly, doesn't permit to know where the error is and each time you must redo everything loosing hours. You cannot reacceed to a manual verification of the documents.

I registered in 2017 and I never managed to use it, 3 years later they told me my licence was verified and everythingwas fine but I couldn't unlock a single car. Then, they said they sorted, I bought a promotion package of 30€ but I could never unlock a car again. It's slow compared to other similar services and generally not intuitive. Also, for some reason, every few weeks it logs me out and I can NEVER sort it by myself. The app just goes nuts every time the same way, systematically.

I cannot even register myself to the service, because the app won't allow me taking pictures to upload my documents. On Pixel 6, it opens the camera but then simply ignores the photo and doesn't upload it. And even after I did that on iPhone and did some Zoom calls to verify my identity, the registration is still stuck, and I cannot use this service. I called Enjoy support around 6 times, and nobody there knows how to solve this problem.

Totally useless - no way to register. Update 1 year later. Still useless. Update from July 2024 update - omg why am I still bothering trying? Even the English translations of the menus are a joke.
