Would really like a VPN on just 2 devices for less than 180 bucks. Honestly would be 4 stars if they had that. Just downgrade the ultimate to 2 or 3 devices and lower the price and it would be about perfect. Constantly has the anti phishing being deactivated tho. Having to manually re activate it all the time is slightly annoying.

It's actually a good app from what I can tell, seems well looked after. But it's a bit out of touch. The notification options are so limited. There's a permanent notify that stays in the status bar from the android pull down menu that says "you are protected". I know I'm by far not the only one who doesn't want it there constantly. Only thing I can do it disable all the app notifications. Which is a major blunder considering I'll miss important alerts. Disappointing.

Eset smart security suite gave me full access to the android app and it is absolutely amazing!! It locks down and analyzes all apps and financial actions on the phone w/ out compromising system speed or functionality. It takes milliseconds to verify an action is safe and let's you know instantly as a pop up!! Amazing. I love how perfect it protects my pc and android. The only software that has 100% protected my devices and not led to eventual infection!! GET THIS FOR YOUR FAMILY!!

Great, except for hangups The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that the app lock often hangs up and keeps me from accessing the app. I usually can clear this by closing and restarting the app. Updated 25 Nov 2024: Had to remove from my phone because the latest version kept messing up my camera/microphone during video appointments. Same thing happened on my PC. Both devices had been working fine but the last update made it impossible to connect camera and microphone.

I like the constant notification that's it's working but the app lock has gotten so frustrating it won't actually unlock and when I try to get into the set app itself I can't. So I can't scan, adjust settings, or do anything at all since I'm locked out of the app, and yes this has only been a problem since update.

All though I have been using Eset products on my computers for years this app seems to be a drain on battery resources. It runs in background continuously even when set to not allow background usage and barely gets 24 hours on a charge. I have un-installed it and battery life has already improved.

With the fastest and most in-depth answers from their customer service when asked very specific questions about the security features of their desktop and mobile platforms, this is the best antivirus, anti-theft, and security audit you can get. Worth every penny for a fully paid license. I recommend the desktop platform as well, which works on both Mac and Windows, and features security settings not available on any other security suite. I feel safer wherever I go.

A good Antivirus Software. I've been using it for over 20 years. However, I'm disappointed with the latest update. One of the best features for the Mobile app was the ability to block unwanted and annoying phone calls and texts. With the new update I've lost that ability due to a new Google Play policy change. I'm currently looking for another app to switch to and seriously thinking of getting rid of my Android phone!
