DEFA Link Hub gives you remote control possibilities of your DEFA WarmUp, Security and Finder system in your vehicle, from anywhere in the world.
DEFA Bluetooth® Hub gives you local control of your DEFA WarmUp system in your vehicle. Only devices supporting Bluetooth® Smart can communicate with the Bluetooth® Hub.
DEFA Base Unit PRO and Base Unit DIY gives you remote control possibilities of your DEFA Home heating and alarm system in your cabin or house, from anywhere in the world.
WarmUp features:
Turn engine and interior heater ON and OFF directly or by timer. The system will automatically start pre-heating depending on outside temperature or according to fixed pre-heating times. You can also monitor whether the 230V mains cable is connected or not.
With Link Hub you can monitor the battery voltage of the vehicle and get an alert when the battery voltage is low. You can also monitor inside and outside temperatures.
With Bluetooth® Hub you can monitor the outside temperature and the battery voltage of the vehicle.
GPS Link features:
Be alerted if your vehicle is stolen (started and/ord moved) or if your pre-configured speed limit is exceeded. You can also look up your vehicle on a map at any time.
Base Unit PRO and DIY features:
Control heating for up to 6 separate zones. You can set each zone to manual ON/OFF, thermostat or regulator modes independently. Turn burglar alarm ON/OFF. Remote control your Nobø thermostats directly. In addition the weather forecast is displayed for your location.
The system will monitor power outages, monitor up to 6 different temperatures, and a range of additional features. You can also connect wireless burglar- and smoke detectors. All features are available through this app.
Alerts are sent to your phone and/or email.

Awful Experience The app doesn’t start. On the rare occasion it does, it claims there’s no internet connection, which makes no sense since it's supposed to work via Bluetooth—I don’t need the internet for that. It also took up a massive 10GB of space on my phone, which is completely unacceptable. Lately, even when the app manages to open, it struggles to connect to my car’s Bluetooth unit. Overall, this app has become practically unusable. Very disappointing!

This app doesn’t work. It won’t start, and when it does, it demands internet—despite being a Bluetooth app. It also takes up a massive 17GB of storage. Even when it was functional, connecting to my car’s Bluetooth was nearly impossible. I’ve tried it on two different phones, but the same issues persist.

Used this app close to daily for well over a year now (two winter seasons). It keeps crashing while running in the background for no reason. The Bluetooth link to the vehicle requires Internet for some unexplained reason, which is awesome when I'm in my garage with bad coverage. The GUI is not intuitive and the Bluetooth pairing takes many seconds to many (so you stand there in front of you car looking like a fool). Running OxygenOS 13.1 on Android 13 (OnePlus 9 Pro).

Works well, but please put back the battery voltage while charging. If you know what you are looking at it makes perfect sense and is helpful. Also, today I had to reinstall this app due to it crasching when trying to show the map. Works after reinstalling. But I got no response from your support.

I love the concept, have been using ut with the bluethoot hub on my 2 previous cars, just set it up on my mom's car, have installed it on my stepdads car, and my dad's car has the GSM variant. The Bluetooth hub has connection issues, it's very unstable and hard to connect to for someone without technical insight, I am also really missing more timer slots for the Bluetooth hub, the GSM variant has the possibility to set more than 2 timers (not sure about the maximum limit).

Great to use in Arctic conditions ! Now some feedback = you must implement battery charging voltage display while in charge cycle ,get it back as it was in previous releases ! It's important to see that car battery actually is charging , (for electrical engineer it's obvious data)

If I could give negative stars I would. This is by FAR THE WORST piece of garbage I have ever had the misfortune of owning. The only thing Defa could offer me that might make it better is a full refund. DO NOT waste your money, time and energy with this useless junk. Even when it does work, which is not the norm, it is ineffective and barely worth plugging in. Pure garbage. Avoid at all costs!

Is hogging 14GB of storage and provides interface just barely to control heating. No testing done or some debug setting forgot on in the app? Edit: wow new record, 25GB in less than three WEEKS! DEFA FIX THIS!
