Nothing good about this app. You have to know route colors to find the "A" or"B"? That's just wrong to memorize bus routes i only occasionally use. And after guessing my bus, it still didn't identify the route, only the bus number lol, who cares what the number is. The "favorite stops" fails to listen the most important stop.. the "Hub". This is a poorly thought out app, nothing is user friendly.. there are many, many more issues, this app is an embarrassing upgrade.. dump it

The bus schedule is difficult to read because of its layout. The times are often hidden, especially when the bus route names are long, making it hard to plan trips accurately. I hope you can fix it because this problem does not occur in iOS, which arranges the alignment perfectly so the times can be fully shown.

Continues to crash. Notifications do not work. Unable to set stop alerts, despite all notification options enabled. No dark mode, yet some options are unreadable as they are in a dark grey background with phone dark mode enabled. Reinstalled the app numerous times. Same issues for years, regardless of phone model or Android version.

Unreliable and inaccurate. Bus didn't stop when I stood directly on the "bus stop" indicator in the app. Bus drove past me, and since I'm new to town and new to the job, I lost that job. Times are usually completely off, checking the fixed bus route on the official website is the only way to have any clue if the bus might be coming. Useless app, I deleted it.

Too dark! Does anyone else have this problem? Thought it was my phone but all my other apps are ok. When I open the app, the screen goes dark. I have my brightness all the way up, and still I can't even see the screen. Not very useful if I'm gonna be opening the app outside. The alerts box was okay tho, even tho there weren't any alerts. Also, when I tried to leave feedback, my textbook wouldn't come up. It doesn't recognize the text box as a text box. I had to paste this into the app.

App needs alot of work, I can see it as long as the environment around me isn't bright (even with my phone's brightness all the way up), 9/10 it isn't accurate on where the busses are in my area, and it crashes often on me. Once improved I feel like the app has tons of potential and more would use it, as for me I won't continue using it until it's fixed.

My local Transit just began using this for GPS tracking of their buses. It works great and the tracking if multiple routes is very smooth with my hiccups found so far. Suggestion: I would like to be able to turn off dark mode on some scenes, sick as the route page and the list of favorites. If I'm outside, it will be hard to add routes to the maps if I can't get those screens brighter.

Been using this app for almost two years, it crashes almost constantly and it almost never shows the actual position of buses. Plus, I've never seen the arrival times any less than five hours off the actual schedule. Suddenly, today, I'm trying to get home from work and the app now crashes after ~2 seconds every single time I open it, 100% of the time. It's fully useless now; I'd give zero stars if I could.
