It does allow you to make a little bit of spare change. It's not something you can depend on solely, but it helps if you want a little side gig, so to speak. That said, there are enough times when the surveys glitch or abruptly end and I don't like how tilting the phone can end a survey although admittedly that is somewhat in me for tilting the phone while doing a survey.

I have been trying to get into contract with the support team for over a year. I did not get my last payout and all because I was critical of the app. I was locked out, and I no longer have any hope of getting back into my account. I have emailed their support team numerous types of the last year. And now it has been a full year, and I have heard nothing. Just know that if you have an opinion that isn't positive, Eureka no longer wants you on its app. Please do not download this app for surveys

My day 1 review - Barely any surveys show up. The ones that do have an insultingly low reward. Took a bunch of surveys that just froze up/stopped loading. I had to manually close it, so I didnt get compensated for my wasted time. Finally earned enough to cash out only to be told I have to wait 24 hours since my account is too new. Not interested in mobile games or sketchy apps so I can't comment on that stuff. I'll edit my review after I spend more time with it but I'm not impressed so far.

Check Trust Pilot for this app before downloading. The one star reviews are all correct. Ive been waiting to be cashed out for several months. Edit: I have sent several emails to the support email, at the suggestion of the developers in reply to my comment. They've been ignoring my emails since then, I must have sent 20 emails, no response.

It was going good. Until recently I've cashed out , they send me a confirmation email saying the money will arrive into PayPal in 3-5 days. However I haven't received another confirmation email saying money has arrived. So I haven't received my cashout. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded.

Been a member since 2022. Surveys have been locked since August 2024. Contacted customer support on multiple occasions. Now after all this time with it never changing it tells me to complete Welcome Checklist. Are you just now welcoming me. Lol. I've been patient. Now getting more than frustrated. Only reason I kept is I was doing daily survey question. I even got a 10 cent welcome bonus years ago. On verge of deleting. Where the heck is a Welcome Checklist. I Googled and I've already done this

I used to LOVE this app, but they do less payout on their reviews, from 2.50 down to 1.50, they have less rewarding surveys. They used to give 10 cents for check ins, now they do 6 cents and you can only do 1 of the check ins, not multiple locations. surveys time out sometimes, even if let's say the screen flips horizontal just 1 time.. then you loose everything.. sometimes it wants you do do a 10 minute survey for 50 cents then it'll be a survey inside a survey for an hr... sad decline. ;(

AVOID THIS APP They don't pay out been waiting for 8 days to cash out £4.00 . You get a automated message saying someone will contact you in 1 working day still haven't heard from them. Wasted time doing surveys. There are better apps to earn extra cash and they pay out but Eureka Don't. Am reluctant to even give them 1 *. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
