Totally useless app. They ask you to register, they ask you to setup a secret Pin etc. You are impressed. But as soon as you try to create a new complaint, the app just throws you out. Literally throw you out, you find yourself outside. I tried it three times, each time it was the same reaction. Total wastage of time and data.

Dubbest app I have ever used .. just to file one complaint regarding cleanliness I hv to fill the entire questionnaire thrice because it kept throwing me out Even after that it didn't register my complaint . Amazing tactics to fool the public by creating this app to look responsible infornt of general public..

This app is beyond useless. It is just setup as a fake platform just so people could submit problems, with no solution or even action possible. I addressed a very simple issue of a simple obstruction that would take 2 people and a maximum of 1 hour to fix. It's been 2months as of now and there is neither a resolution, nor even a positive comment on the same. The application has a useless agenda and is of no use and should be scrapped.

0 star can also be given to this app, MCD people will register the complaint with very fast speed but no work is done and then they close the complaint saying that issue is resolved

This rating can be improved by making it more user friendly by including following while updating app 1. The complaint at the drafting stage should have auto save facility so that the captured image location etc is not lost and complainant has not to redo if app closes suddenly. 2. The uploading of image of complaint from spot should not be a must evenimage from gallery and manual location of complaint should be acceptable. 3. Search window for viewing any complaint by its number may be provided

does not work. could not even lodge a complaint. every time after clicking a picture I clicked ok it went back to security pin. the app itself does not work. let alone getting the complaint resolved.

After trying to post issue in Green Park Delhi, always getting error - As your mobile GPS location, you are not in the jurisdiction of MCD. Please reach the MCD jurisdiction. Thank you Atleast release the after proper working. I am in posting the issue in working MCD location

This app is a symbol of corruption at its best. Even the ACB numbers are incotrect. No one takes action on the complaints and they will simply close it after putting any random picture.
