Axon View pairs with the Axon Flex, Axon Body, Body 2, and Body 3 on-officer video cameras from Axon Enterprises in order to enable advanced workflows and provide in-field viewing of recorded videos. This application allows the user to view a live stream from the camera for field of view adjustment, view a list of all the videos currently stored on the device and review those videos.

Just wanna say that I've been using the app for years with (so far) two different Axon camera systems, and I don't have any complaints. I do prefer the old UI that iOS currently has, but that's a minor gripe. I have no issues with connectivity, and video playback is seamless. ID prefix is an awesome tool, as is the new Axon 3 settings.

I have to use this application for work. I've been using it for years and it's always been one of the worst apps on my phone. Bluetooth takes an absurdly long time to connect to the body 2 camera. When connected you will drop connection. Starting this week with the most recent update to Android OS the app now loses connection in 5 seconds, so I can't view or label video. I contacted Axon about this and they explained that my phone is connecting back to actual wifi instead of the BWC. No solution

This app is terrible. The app can't find the camera regardless of how many times it's put into pairing mode. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and called the company and they were no help. Seems like it's a common problem. I've uninstalled it again with no intention of downloading it in the future. This review is for a galaxy s8 active.

If you switch out of the app and come back to it, it freezes. It constantly says that it "failed to start scan for Wi-Fi", making it impossible to view your videos without shutting off your camera and closing the app. It still needs a function to memorize two cameras because pairing only intermittently works. Please fix this stuff. Labeling videos takes way too long.

As one of the agencies that have agreed to use this technology, the app is absolutely terrible since it's most recent update. The videos often fail to play through the app and that's assuming that you get a connection with the camera. Nothing has worked to play the videos regardless of what steps are taken. I have spoken with our Body Cam unit about these issues with the software from this company. Samsung Galaxy S10+

Whatever Axon did on the recent update has vastly improved the app. The app used to connect slowly to my camera, and would also sometimes completely wipe any information I was typing. So far I'm not having that issue anymore, and the app is running a lot more stable and smooth. I'm leaving four stars, because it took so long for these issues to be resolved. Hopefully Axon will stay on top of it and keep doing better updates.

Every since the new axon cameras were issued, the app and camera are always disconnecting. I will be in the middle of labeling a video and they will disconnect from each other clearing all my data entered. This happens numerous times and very frequently. Another pain is having to enter login information twice just to log in.

Downloaded the app for my Samsung s9 and it worked for several months. Now I am currently not able to see video playback or live view because the app can't configure the camera wifi and it states that the wifi on camera network is not enabled. I tried deleting app and downloading again with negative results. I also tried contacting axon and they were of no use.
