Always worked fine for the led strips, but after moving for some reason, like the app still works to turn leds on and off, but the strips won't let me enter pairing mode to reset, and the app won't work for any extra commands such as turning lights off at sunrise, and on for sunset. App also keeps showing a message when I open the app saying offline or needs to be reset but won't work.

Everything worked fine for a couple months. Then my light bulbs started dropping off like flies. I went through the absolute mess of a process to reinstall each one individually when they began malfunctioning, but I got tired of it after the 3rd time. Now Alexa recognizes them but Tuya Smart doesn't. Did she rob yall or what? I'm just gonna go back to flipping a light switch. I bet I'll be happier.

Using this on remote Wi-Fi thermometer Everything exceeds my expectations except one big problem, battery life in the device is very short and I cannot find where the setting is to reduce the transmission of updates from the thermometer to save battery life. I recall that it was mentioned in the sales and marketing literature when I bought it, but everywhere I searched again and again I cannot find the ability to change and reduce the frequency of the updates.

The whole point of the app is to alert me if the water sensors detect a leak, but sometimes this app logs itself out and says my session expired. This means if one of my sensors did detect a leak, I wouldn't have been notified. Apps shouldn't time out just because they're not used often, its supposed to run by itself in the background without me having to intervene. Additional note: dropped a star. can you please do away with marketing notifications at 1am? Thanks

I've had issues with the litter box Redsasa since I set it up. The buttons on the panel have NEVER worked. Notifications that the box is full is hit or miss. There's no easy reset if it thinks a pet in the box when there isn't. It tells you to use the panel, but the panel buttons don't work. Unplugging and plugging it back in will cycle to level the litter, but back to app to clean/empty, same message it thinks a cat is in it. Asked for help, told to contact manufacturer, how?? Bad app, bad box!

It used to be a simple app to control my smart devices. Now it asks for location and Bluetooth Everytime for some reason. I liked the old way and also they added an ad on the top looks like an ad. If you want 5 stars please revert the changes to optional again rather than coercion to change to always allow Bluetooth and Location. Thanks.

If the power gets knocked out the camera goes offline and will not reconnect. I have to forget it and reset it up all again. It would be nice if the app had a refresh or reconnect inside that app so I don't have to keep doing this. When the camera is online it works really well.

Water leak sensor is wet and this app isn't registering it. I've had it for about a year and it says the battery is at 100%. I also have 2 smart lights that are apparently offline. The last device I have connected is a smoke detector. It seems to be working but I don't trust it. The water sensor and smarknalarm are critical sensors in anyones home and they SHOULD be working flawlessly. This is a safety issue. This app doesn't work right. Total garbage.
