Refresh is not working anymore... Big bug. Since last update, when I switch something on or off, I have to manually refresh the screen to see the new state. If I am in the details of an electricity counter, it does not refresh Avery few seconds like before. I need to go back to the main page, refresh it, enter again in my counter to see the change. VERY BAD. Worse... Offline systems still appears as active. So all scenes using that something goes offline don't work.

Have been using the app for a few weeks now. Everything works fine with the exception of adding family members. Each time I add a family member they have access to all the devices I have added. I would like to restrict certain members from having access to certain devices but this does not seem possible!

Great if you want to pay for everything four times, yes seriously! ...The permanent new message notifications suggesting that you pay for cloud storage even though the cameras have extendable built in storage and send you video / photo / message alerts , along with the permanent sign up notifications to pay for SMS and again separately for voice alerts, even though the app does send immediate notifications as a basic feature ...is annoying.., Otherwise it's a robust system

Started using plugs and this app last year, easy setup and liked that the plugs use 5gHz rather than 2.4 that most others use. But in the past six months I've had nothing but problems with plugs no longer found, although they're still plugged, had to remove from app and start again. After looking at the energy readings I now get bombarded with subscription based offers. The free energy part of app doesn't work, you can put in the standard charge and the rate you pay, and you'll get... 0. Avoid.

The scheduling process is not optimized, it is confusing (having to set two seemingly different schedules for the same devices which then may or may not negate each other). Obscure ( clarity of purpose and consequence when changing schedules on individual items and grouped items). Too busy on UI. It's Not clear what is free or paid for. Switching on a light should be easy, now it's difficult and cool.

App works, options limited. I am disappointed with the music sync options available. I have other apps with other corner LED floor lamp strips that respond much better to music. The settings currently available for sound sensitive light motion and colors are very limited and not that attractive. Other lamps and/or apps offer better options where you can set the lamp on either side of the TV and it makes your room immersive as if you are at the concert yourself. This app doesn't cut it.

The app is good... when it wants to work. It happens sort of often where my app won't connect to my light, thus not letting me do anything with it, which can be unhelpful when I need to turn it on at 5am, when it's still dark and I'm getting ready for work. Other than that, it's a good app and makes it easy interacting with the light, again, when it wants to work

The app works without location sharing on. I know, because I have it turned off. It's a light switch. There is no possible reason for you to need to track me for that. Stop asking every time i open the app. Update: do not use this app. Quote from their own customer service about the location data: " we will collect real-time precise or non-precise geolocation information about you."
