The application has been experiencing some issues lately. It refuses to open in multi-window mode, and the advertisement banner is slow to pop up. This causes all my switches to move right before I click on the device, which makes me select the wrong one. I kindly request the developers to look into these issues and improve the user experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Edit: Widget works, but on/off status rarely matches when schedule has changed state. Also, can't be logged in on phone and tablet at same time. Lowering rating to 2* until above works. Have SONOFF S31 plug. App is okay and similar features to Kasa app. Cannot create widget though...it never finds devices that this app has configured. If I find out I have to pay for that, rating will go lower.

It was a functional, inexpensive automation solution, but now they require a paid subscription. I'm not a fan of that, but I started to explore the option at least.... but I can't even log in to check in info now. My LastPass saved password for some reason is not recognized, and there's no 'forgot/reset password' option that I can find.. So I guess I'll abandon this product and try to discourage anyone from using it, since this company does not seem to care about their customers.

Maybe the worst UI of the decade. I gave it 2 stars because it worked after a couple of hours of research. My problem was that the app insists that the phone be connected to a 2.4ghz router. My router is dual band as are most routers of this decade, but the app looks only at the phone connection, which was 5ghz for my 3-year-old phone. My solution was to dig out an older phone from the discard box that knew only 2.4. With the antique phone, the app was able to link to my smart devices.

This application has great potential, if it can manage to bridge together a majority of the smart devices. The worst part of having a smart home is that there is no single app which can control the many different devices. I have purchased their yearly subscription of upgraded service to support the development. I would like to see the addition of Amcrest Cameras and Magic Home devices.

Using for timers and electricity monitoring, this app works excellently for me. I set my on/off times, overload amperages, and temp/humidity and let it go. In more than a year of constant use, only 1 time did a light fail to come on at the correct time. The app allowed me to switch it on with a tap and thankfully it hasn't happened again. My A/C unit is controlled by a TH16. It is not as reliable as the timers, every now and then, my temp alarm will sound and I must switch AC on. Love Ewelink!

You can no longer change the wifi settings on your devices since they changed the app. I tried working with their support team for over a month and they keep giving me the same trouble shooting steps that are on the website. Then they tried to tell me that all 4 of the devices I had must have gone bad all at the same time. I've now purchased different devices that don't use this app and they all work perfectly.

Constantly disconnecting. Why dose this app keep disconnecting from the device? It may very well be the worst app/device combo that I have ever used. I keep hoping one of the numerous updates will fix it but I don't have faith it will. I am going to find a different switch and app combo. My advice to anyone thinking about this app and device solving your power switch problem, find a different solution or you will be randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Awful app/switch combination.
