The merchandise is ok, but the policy at Evine SUCKS. When using Easy Pay, I was subject to a hard HIT ON MY CREDIT. I'm sure it's in terms and conditions, but who reads that in entirety? I had made purchases costing more, and never had issues with past payments. This inquiry may have an impact when I begin searching for a home as it remains visible for several years. If you can't pay in full and dont want a credit hit, SKIP THE PURCHASE. Or try QVC/HSN as they don't check credit for easy pays.

The shopping is great. Large variety of options that are reasonably priced. The quality of the items match the price. Sales and Value pay is excellent. Shipping costs are significantly higher than other online shopping sites. My only complaint is the app itself. It's very slow and sometimes I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it just to get online.

I decided to do a little shopping. I had finally decided on two items but one was such a good deal I decided on getting 2. Evine has disappointed me in the past because I had bought some from them that ended up being sold out but wasn't showing it, they took the money from my account but never refunded. Even my bank tried to pull the money but Evine wouldn't do it. Anyway, long story short, I didn't get the items because their app was glitching left and right, made it feel untrustworthy again.

The app is good enough but could definitely use some tweaking. Aside from the app, ShopHQ needs to update their ordering policy overall. If you choose the flex payment option, they will easily take your payment for whatever you are purchasing, but for some customers might be denied the option for flex payments. The problem is you won't know until after you've made the initial payment. So your then out that money for several days before it's refunded. Am inconvenience that turned me off period

I'm not sure what happened recently but the app is absolutely terrible now! I've bought 40+ watches and some jewelry over the past 2 years and never had any issues but now the app is barely functional. Searches just continue to load forever, on the off chance it actually gives results, sort and filter options that used to exist are gone now. SHOP HQ......PLEASE GO BACK TO HOW THINGS USED TO BE OR CORRECT ALL THESE HORRIBLE CHANGES 😞

Horrible!!!! I have to log in to my account every time to check my order status while I'm already logged in, using the filter/sort process is a joke as you can't customize for exactly what you're looking for. This app is so not user friendly and it could be so much better. It's just easier to go on the internet and search that way.

For only the past 3 months or so, I have begun to have a problem preventing me from logging in ONLY on my smartphone (but not on my laptop). It keeps telling me my password is invalid. So, when I am eventually prompted to reset (change) the password, it then CONTINUES to tell me my password is invalid. So frustrating to no longer be be able to access my account info from my smartphone.
