此應用程式旨為身體健康欠佳的人士，提供制定個人化的運動計劃，包括呼吸運動、肌肉強化運動和伸展運動，以提高使用者的健康水平。
另外，可配合由香港理工大學康復治療科學系研發的肺功能感測器套件，為用戶提供全面身體狀況的監測。
