Great family exercise! From little to big, doesn't matter, everyone can get down to this app. We started using this every morning & it really makes a difference to get everybody moving for the day. Very simple exercises but it's enough to make me break a sweat(although I admit I'm not in the greatest shape). I highly recommend for families looking for a group workout.

So many ads! I would pay to remove ads but that is not an option. I appreciate that the ads are not relevant to my kids (they get a lot of roofing ads for some reason), but the number of ads shown makes the app unusable.

I love this app because it helps children learn how to exercise and it also helps children know how to lose weight and have fun by losing weight and it's pretty cool because you get to have rest and you get to do all different type of exercises. that you can pick what level you want to do so I think it's pretty cool make sure you have fun.
