It sucks. Whenever I add a patient and if I don't have service, and synch it right away, it will clear all the information. I had a whole appointment removed because it was a new patient. While I'm at it, your website sucks too. Why do we have 10 different tabs/windows. I should be able to just click on a case and bring it up and not have like 10 different windows.

This app is slow, does not sync the majority of the time with our database, and with every update it is a constant disappointment. Despite reaching out to technical support, no one is knowledgeable enough to solve these problems. This app is definitely a waste of money.
