App is garbage. Who rights this stuff? They should start over with intro to programming. It must of been done to purposefully to frustrate people. I don't even code and I bet I could do better. It won't take any variation of a prescription number. If you hit the example prescription it gives an error and shows nothing. There is no support number or email. Total waste of time.

Worked great in the beginning. Now, all of my prescriptions have disappeared from my refill list. I can't refill using the "enter prescription number" as it doesn't recognize any of my valid, unexpired prescriptions. The option to scan in the label to refill has dissapeared completely. Currently, the only thing the app is good for is looking up the pharmacy phone number so I can call in my refill request. Quite honestly, Google can do that. It's a useless app in its current state.

App hangs, freezes, and/or won't log in the majority of the time. Happens on iOS/iPadOS and when attempting to login via web browsers also. Not an "isolated incident"--i've heard others (including Fairview pharmacy staff) tell me they experience the same issues. All of which renders the entire point of this "system" to be useless. When I am able to use the app, I encounter the same issues (and have made the same/similar requests on iOS and android stores) for feature updates, fixes, etc

I notices one day I wasn't taking as many pills as I should be. The app didn't let me know I was out of refills and the prescription just disappeared off of my list of prescriptions. Also often I would get texts saying press 1 to refill such and such. so I would then it would tell me it was to early to fill. Sometimes I would press such numbers to fill certain prescriptions and I still had the texts in the phone to prove it to the pharmacy, but when I went to pick up those said prescriptions the prescriptions that were filled were something totally different. Once they get these bugs fixed I may return. But the worse one is the the med that I am really needing to take that I haven't for over a month. I know that,s my fault as well. I have memory issues and that,s why I signed up for this service.

No longer works at all. Locks with a nothing error. Ie no details. I would find new programmers who can write code that works and has error reporting. Loops when you click to get out of it. Fairview has great doctors so why junk apps?

The app works just as intended and is a great way to get prescriptions. However, I wish there was a way to pick which card I wanted to use to pay for medications without having to call. You can't change the card online either, at least as far as I know.

Could be easier toet you pick all the script at a time rather than one at a time. Very prompt and customer service is phenomenal.

Awesome app! Much easier than calling rx on phone. And you can follow the refill progress, set med alarms & reminders to refill. Good job Fairview!!
