Total scam, will efficiently take your money for events that are completely unverified by them, then claim they are just the middlemen and event organizers are not offering refunds on the non-existent events. Don't waste your time filling out refund request forms on their website, just go straight to your bank or credit card provider and cancel, chances are they are already aware of these scammers and will immediately reverse the charges.

Worked fine when it worked, but I've been kicked out of my account - the app keeps returning an error that something went wrong with my request when I try and sign in. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. It's not an account issue, buying tickets via the website on my account still works. Edit 29/02/24 - Still can't log into my account. It's been this way for months. This app is quite literally unusable.

They sold me a ticket and the club refused me entry based on that I was wearing Adidas trainers! Like how does a club refuse entry based on a customer wearing Adidas trainers?....and then, there is no way to contact customer support on their website! I need a refund please!

Cannot send links to any events via link or sms. And these are the only options. Not even an option to copy the webpage link. Extremely bad flaw.

App stopped working. Installed as i bought tickets for an event; and wanted alternative to emailed tickets. Just glad I have emailed tickets as app worked on first install but fails to open now. Deleted and reinstalled, same issue.

High fees, poor user experience, security nightmare for sellers. Avoid at all costs.

Very scammy that they don't warn you that you have to download the app to access tickets you've already paid for. Could easily be sent in an email. Recommend restricting the apps permissions or deleting completely once you've attended your event, otherwise they are stealing your data.

I have problems finding events near me since you can only select US locations. The app, by default, shows events in the UK (near me) but these events are generally in England which isn't even my country. I don't see any regional settings I can change.
