Fetch provides a "last mile" service to get packages to your apartment. There are a dozen other companies that offer this same service and they are all the same 99% of the time. I am giving Fetch 5 stars for how they reacted the 1% of the time that the package doesn't arrive. I submitted a brief note through the app, fetch support (real person) responded and asked for a couple of screen shots from Amazon, package found and delivered that day. Perfect handling of a frustrating issue.

Fetch is a terrible service, someone is either stealing packages and not even trying to deliver them (we have them on camera), the don't notify you that you have a package in the app, and the app doesn't have many options to rectify these constant mistakes. If you're moving and you tour a complex that uses fetch, avoid at all costs. They use random 1099 thieving contactors to deliver things and they're looking for any opportunity to steal your stuff. Even with signature only, they're that bold.

Use this service over a year with no problems and would give 4 stars but a package (book for school) was misdelivered with signature. I asked for the package to retrieved and delivered to me but they just reimbursed for the cost with no care for the inconvenience. Not sure if I trust them but since the cost of the service is calculated into my rent. I have rented a PO box for my mail orders.

Fetch is horribly unprofessional. I was forced to use their "service" due to apartment guidelines and have lost HUNDREDS of dollars worth of packages due to them being stolen by workers, lost, or delivered to the wrong person in a completely different area. There is no way to contact a representative except through email communication, which can take days to weeks to get a response. The app is full of bugs, and even when I have notifications turned on, I never receive notifications.

Terrible for the past few months. When I first moved into the complex that forces residents to use this service, this service was actually ok. I'm not sure what's happened since then. I have had to file a report on the last 5 items delivered which caused me not to get said packages for 7+ extra days after the items were delivered to the fetch address. It's getting beyond ridiculous, and "customer service" is a joke. It's a completely automated computer algorithm.

Terrible experience. I moved around the time a package ended up at Fetch. It took 3 weeks for them to send the package to my new address (less than a mile from my old apartment) and they charged nearly 2x the actual postage cost for "materials" when they'd just scribbled over the old label and used the same box. If you are expecting anything that's time sensitive, do not use this service.

Service is a waste of money. If you are deciding between an apartment that makes you pay for fetch and one that doesn't, go with the one that doesn't. Most packages get delivered fine, but far too often there are missed delivery windows and lost packages that don't show up for scheduling, and then you have to file a report through their app. This leads to scripted customer service replies that are entirely for show, imo. If you have time critical packages, definitely avoid this service.

Do not use the Fetch service. As others have said, they are an arbitrary middle-man that fails to do their one job. Package deliveries just get cancelled with zero notice. They place the work on the customer to select a new delivery time but force you to choose a 2-hour window. Then, they cancel on you after the window ends. If you live in an apartment that switches to Fetch, honestly it might be a sign to move. They clearly don't want to support their residents. Fetch is truly awful.
