『アル子の記録帳』は毎日飲んだお酒の種類や量からアルコール摂取量を計算して記録するアプリです。また、体重も記録でき、体重の変化をグラフで確認できる機能があります。アルコール摂取量の記録だけでなく、簡単に健康管理もできる楽しいアプリです。
使い方は簡単で、一日に飲んだお酒のデータを「データ登録」画面で入力します。
・「データ登録」画面では、「種類」「度数」「量」「体重」を入力します。
入力されたデータを元にアルコール摂取量、血中アルコール濃度を計算します。
・記録したデータは、それぞれ以下で確認できます。
［ホーム］画面
カレンダー上で、1週間のアルコール摂取量が100mlを超えるとその日以降土曜日までの背景がピンクに変わります。また、飲んだお酒の種類で休肝日を選択するとその日の背景がブルーで表示されます。
［体重推移］画面
体重の推移がグラフで表示されます。
［登録データ削除］画面
全登録データを削除します。
