When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

Updated the app and since then, I cannot make any payment! It kept saying error on our side! Which makes the app pretty useless now. Besides, it does not keep me logged in as it used to be: Everytime I open the app, it kept showing me the login page with my credentials already filled in and then I have to click login manually everytime..that's not the point of the "Remember me" option. This few seconds I'm loosing each time is really annoying. Please fix this and I'll gladly change my feedback!

This app lacks transparency and clear communication. I was unaware that calls were limited to specific countries until after I incurred unexpected charges. Customer service refused to offer any compensation or support. I feel misled and disappointed—beware of hidden fees. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

I am having troubles to get the app open, keep saying no Internet connection. I do have Internet connection on my phone. I have deleted and re added the app, still cannot connect.

overall it's good, but ability to be able to lock the app without having to log all the was out would be great - much like a banking app having separate sign in from the phone itself. it'd feel more secure with all you're able to do inside app including phone number change and sim swap, plus all info you can see. just an idea

Terrible app! I tried to pay a bill through the app, and it just kept deleting my card number when I went to put in the expiration date. I tried many times, updated the app, uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, but it's still doing the same thing. Super frustrating! Still haven't been able to pay my bill.

What is the point of having an app that you have to consistently log in to, WITH A BROWSER?! The only thing that can be accomplished with the app is to pay your bill (go figure), everything else they kick you back to your browser.... Seriously, why??? Edit for response: My main question was WHY is it that I have to log into the app, EVERY SINGLE TIME? It's the ONLY app that requires it. I already stated paying the bill could be done... "accomplished". Any actual changes, require browser.

This app needs major work. For whatever reason, it is the only app I am unable to uninstall on my phone. For those struggling with the app hanging with dog image, I was able to log on by going in phone "settings" then "apps" then "My account" and selecting three dots top right. Click on "Uninstall updates". After I was able to go back on Play Store and update Fido app. Am now able to log on. For how long...time will tell.
