The app and the tags worked perfectly until they suddenly got disconnected and I wasn't able to reconnect them again. The tags work fine. I'm able to turn them on and pressing a button makes them beep, but the app says the tags are disconnected and I can't make them beep through the app and I can no longer see them on the map. Shame because the tags are cheap and easy to use.

Every time I open the app I must reconnect to the devices which requires that I press a button on the device. this defeats the purpose since if I had it in front of me I would not be looking for it! the UI is awful: disabled buttons don't look disabled, useless extra faux features that don't do anything.

I bought a few fobs for this app. They connected fine and worked until I got out of range then the app completely stops working. I came back into range and they would not reconnect. Did not matter what I did. I had to delete the old app and reconnect all the fobs to try again. Did the exact same thing once you got out of range and came back into range would not connect.waste of money!

Worthless and useless. The only thing it does is connecting to the tag and make it beep when connected. It shows your position on the map, but not the tags'. You can't find a tag if it's not connected. After a while the tags don't connect at all and you can't delete any of them from the app to reconnect.It suppose to show Lost history,but after a few months still nothing there. I contacted the developer via the email address provided here. After a few months still no reaction.

Cannot be used as a tracker. Zero location history. It only gives you location when the device you originally connected it to is within range. The rest of the time the app just uses Google maps to show the location of your phone. It will not give you location if it bounces off another device like all other Bluetooth trackers. This would only be useful if you lost your keys in your house and had your phone in your house.

Trackers can become very expensive and this one is very cheap. The app works, connecting and disconnecting can be slow to unsucessfull. When successfully you can beep the tracker and the app has a minor map history of where the tracker has been. The tracker beeps when it loses contact with the app. It has a range of 25 meters making it a good domestic tracker it might not be reliable for long distance and the tracker needs to be in range with a third party phone. GPS location is great.

Just downloaded. Quite easy setting, found tag easy. Got it for my cat, wandering where he's going, so take long going home. The location seems pretty accurate. Will back to update. If it's as good as looks now, I will buy one more for my other cat. P.S. updated after one week of use. The app doesn't manage more than one tag, though it recognised them all. So, the app has finally frozen. Not a single option responded. To reuninstall is the only way to get it back working. Very sad. Pls fix thapp

Absolutely waste of money. I bought 3 air tags and wast advised to install this app. Once setupe it's hard connect devices as buttons on the app just don't work. I couldn't find my keys today so I thought it would be a great opportunity to see their location a guess what, when I go there it shows my mobile location instead of air tag. No instruction how locate you lost device. Better go for apple, tile or other tested devices.
