Gave it 5 stars as now I figured how to make it work in the background if I am just doing regular cardio. Edited: I have been using this app for a few months. It works well. It displays my heart rate from my chest strap monitor. It will run in the background. I have tested. Not a lot of documentation that I noticed in setting it up but I muddled my through it and it does what I want, and that is display my heart rate clearly when using my gyms cardio equipment. Note: I am using the free version.

Just Horrible spent 45 min trying to get this thing to work today. Well i was on the treadmill. This things gives me issues everytime I use it. It works then doesnt work. It keeps dropping connect to HRM. I spend hours turning on and off phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Waste unbelievable amount of time in the settings section. Unreal. Frustrated already. But when it does work I like it. But I'm not using it anymore it works 1 out of 10 times

I have used this app since 2019 and never had issues until recently. The last month the autopause keeps coming on [even if i have my data on] thereby stopping the app from tracking my workouts. The auto-pause comes on despite the fact that in settings its off. Initially when i communicated with tech support they suggested the problem was auto-pause and also informed me that they recently upgraded their software. have sent at least 3 support tickets no response am ticked.

Doesn't track time properly. Have used this app for 4 years to track 2min splits for a 5k. Last update is not working. Splits jump from 9:28 to 23:00 to 0 to 10:00 etc. 3.1 track is all of a sudden only 2.9. Same route , same pattern, same position of phone. Pretty sure its the app. Update done 9/22. Same issues.. 10/30 Apparently now I'm just standing still for several splits. Really liked this app for 4 years. What happened?

Suddenly stopped detecting my Bose HRM. Who wants to fidget with an app for 20 minutes before a run? Reliability is 100% what I judge a fitness app on. Long time user with HR conditioning records spanning back to 2013 (when it was called Digifit). Guess I'm moving on. With a brand new Note 10 app STILL doesn't remember the Bose HRM. Also- these updates are HORRID. The app is demonstrably WORSE than when I purchased it way back in 2013 (when it was called Digifit). Annual sub? For this TRASH?

I really enjoy this app. I've been using it for several years combined with a schoci (sp?) Rythm heart rate tracker. It tracks not only your hear rate, but distance, calories, elevation. You can see where you went on a map, where was your highest heart rate, etc. Very useful. I highly recommend it.

The just two updates have resulted in being unable to turn off autopause (the update before Christmas, noted in another review), the most recent update results in being unable to launch the app - as noted in another review. I've paid for this for several years. Can't even use it now if I wanted. Have uninstalled and deleted cache, etc

I paid for the upgrade on the icadio 3 (a much better app by the way) now that they have forced me to upgrade because the old system crashed every 10 minutes I am unable to connect my heart rate monitor. I am unable to access the majority of the app and the only way to fix it is to buy it again.... So you can stuff yourself I will find another app.
