App keeps failing to swipe, every time I need to close the app couple of times so the swipe works, unbelievable waste of time. You just cant ask riders to be on time when the app doesnt do what it's supposed to.

The app rerouting randomly in the middle of trip , completely removing the current route and it shows like turn around and take a turn when it is not even a direct route. Second, just show the address and note even if the order is delivered. Third, for some reason it always starts with a delay when the delay is not even from the rider's side (for me atleast).

Some things are missing from the old app. One time the app stuck and I accidentally swiped twice and then it showed delivered. After that I was not able to find the clients name or address. Tips are not updating after the delivery, it's showing only after when we reach back. So if there is 2 deliveries we won't be able to understand the tips individually. Tip history there is no individual tip history. No inbuilt navigation.

Way worse than previous app. Crashes all the time. Most of the time you can't see the new order until you restart the app. After delivery, swipe to finish the order don't work most of the time. Same fix restart. So annoying and irritating Also, tips section needs update.

Works way worse than the previous one. Can't see contact information after i completed an order. Annoying pop up inbetween swiping. Can only see the order once its picked, not before. Previous app was better!

I want the old Rider App back. I am really wondering, how it was even possible to lunch an app, that is so terribly bad. Especially, in that case that there is a adequate comparison to the old app. I cannot thank customers for giving me Tips. I don't know, but I would love to improve customer relations! It's really sad to see, what decision flink made here. And I think it's better to not know how much money they have thrown out of the window.

Worst app. No tip show before order completion. No gps and tracking. No customer information when accidentally hit 'order delivered'. No order shown when it is being picked up. Previous one was better
