Very bad experience. I even can register as the page doesn't move forward. It is stuck on the same page asking me to enter my account number. Button i am clicking to continue are of no use. They Should work to make this app atleast usable.

The app is not showing upto date data about the smart pre paid meter. It's data about my smart pre paid meter is not in sinc with current date and current consumption and current bill payable. There is neither a payment link to recharge my account.

This app is totally useless and waste of public money. Can't register new user as well as logging. App interface is just a show piece. Login with OTP is also non- functional. Developer team is totally useless and worthless.

They want the entire nation to go digital, but will never work in digital services. Plz fix the bug, submit button not working, it's stuck on the same page. I don't know that people will even take the responsibility to read all the negative comments and work on it or not. Worst app.
