I've been playing this game well over a year and I enjoy it I think the booster packages are a little bit pricey but if you don't have it you just turn play something else and then go back in an hour and you got more coins. the developers are really fair. any issues I had which are not many at all they reply right away and reimburse me or you know they're fair about situations that might happen. I really like the game the graphics are great and that boyfriend of hers needs to do more work!

Don't buy their lies. This is NOT a free game. When I started playing this almost a year ago, it's rating was high... now, it's quickly falling. The reason being that they are no longer trying to realize a reasonable profit but rather squeeze us for as much as possible, as quickly as possible. In-game purchases have doubled and tripled. You will rapidly hit a level where it's impossible to play unless you pay. What a shame. It was fun until they got greedy and began trying to take advantage.

There are waayyy too many ads!! You have to sit through one (or more) after each level before you can move on every time you play. They are long & extremely annoying. Wastes alot of time. I know there needs to be ads to keep it free but this is really extreme and I think really unnecessary. You spend more time watching the ads than actually playing the game & the ads have to play for awhile before you can x out of it 👎 Don't waste $$ paying to remove the ads either. It doesn't work

I really do love this game, and have been playing it for almost 2 years. Sadly however, the new update on 10/16 has it crashing constantly, and when it's not crashing, it's lagging really bad. I also haven't gotten any of the new mini games on my updates for the last 6 months, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, so I don't know what's going on, but please fix it.

This game often frustrates me. It starts out good then you spend money it gets to be more interesting then you evolve and then it makes it so despite the amount you spend or progress you make you become unable to accomplish much more such the book it only let's you win the prizes so much then everything becomes more expensive. This game is okay. Not what I expected. The thing that is really getting me is when it says to watch an ad to get a reward, but then says there's no ad available or won't load the ad. Then, it plays an ad shortly after randomly. Besides that, the game is okay. I'll keep keep playing it for now. Edit: I also want to add that the ad thing doesn't happen all the time. Just sometimes.

DON'T BOTHER. It takes forever to reach levels and for energy to recharge. Unless you spend a ton of money, you will NEVER reach timed goals or play more than 10 minutes (that's a generous estimate of how long the energy lasts). Oh, and the "puzzle games" that the ad shows? There are maybe 10. That's it. And no directions on what you're supposed to do.

UPDATED: With new update there is an ad after every level of the mini game and to get rid of them you have to pay! Screw that! Deleting! Added more levels to make it to day 34 and then no more levels again. Beat it in oneMade it to Day 32 and nothing more to do! I've never had ANY of these little mini hospital games you advertise so why even include the pictures! That's just false advertisement. It takes forever to get to the point I did and then no more updates, I've been stuck for a while now.
