One of the most frustrating apps I have. I don't have my password book on me. I went through the forgot password process, obtained my emailed verification code, and once you go back to the app, you lose all progress! I tried again to make sure I didn't do something wrong, but the same thing happened. Similarly, when looking through the items that can be purchased with rewards, if you click your back button or leave the app to look at a message for whatever reason, you lose all progress.

Marginally useful. Ford, we need a way to plan trips in the app and send them to the vehicle. Also, I'd like to be able to look up a destination in Google Maps then when I click "Share" I'd like to see the FordPass as an option so that the navigation is sent to the vehicle. My Rivian has both of these features, and they are just a little company. Let's get it going.

functionality is great, but it's slower than a snail's sneeze. I can open the app as I step away from my work station and it'll finally load as I get to my truck. So not a great replacement for the key based remote start. The scheduled starts are amazing. Great way to keep up with the maintenance too. Would like to see a maintenance countdown that the owner can set. *Nov 7 24: Logged me out for an update that was supposed to include smart watch features which aren't there. Dropped one star.

App works great with my 2019 Escape, can remote start and lock/unlock. But the App doesn't work with my 2019 Flex. The remote start feature is unavailable and the fuel level doesn't show, only the milage shows for the Flex. VERY disappointed that Ford completely gave up of the the Flex rather than ending the last model strong. Crossing my fingers that remote start feature will be available on a future update. Edit: the app actually worse, I can no longer view ANY information on my Flex.

10/28 Update: Ford replied to my review to contact Help. Called a week ago and they couldn't fix it. 10/5: I loved this app, I would tell everyone how cool it was to not need to carry a key. Until last week. The Bluetooth controls disappeared. Okay I said, inconvenient but I could live without. Then charging information disappeared. Also inconvenient but I could walk to the car to check. Today, phone-as-a-key disappeared and no longer works. I'm not sure what's the purpose of the app any more.

Seems to be going down hill. Latest update tells me vehicle health is temporarily unavailable. I can no longer get data, such as location, on the vehicle unless it is stopped. Should also be able to update vehicle status upon request. If you are traveling through and/or during weather changes, air pressue reading is whatever it was at last stopped reading. Like I said, going down hill. First iteration I had 4 years ago was much better.

Since the update the so has basically been worthless. Remote start doesn't work, horrendous delays for lock/unlock. Doesn't even update my cars status, like the fuel amount. Please fix this! If worked fine before the update, was just a little slow. Doesn't work at all honestly. Not the fuel reading, remote start or even locking/unlocking I have a bronco and this app is basically worthless now.

Won't let me add any more preferred charge times. I have one for weekdays and one for weekends, both set for overnight. But I'm trying to add another time frame in case I need it during the day. I hit the + and go through the process, hit save, it thinks a bit, and then... nothing. The new time never shows up.
