The app performance is slow. It is good in terms of functionality overall. 1. When a day is not available with any available timelslots, you move to next day ( which has slots available) and go back (where no slots) were available, the app shows the slots of 2nd day and does not clear the time slot view. 2. Performance of the app is bad. The pages take too much time to load. Performance optimization is needed. 3. The login only accepts MR no, it shohld allow phone number or email to login.

For the specifics - please let the dev team contact me. - "you have been automatically logged out" on every opening on the next day after logging - "oops, something went wrong" message appearing after crash and relaunch

This app is full of bugs. 1) Login Screen does not load in time and does not work properly. 2) OTP is not received even after trying multiple times. I wish I had gone somewhere else, rather than here.

It's good but other laboratory test is not available in the app. It would be nice if they keep all records available here and can be extracted since the hospital does not send email copies. Also, as a mother and a patient in the hospital, it would be easier for me if I can just add my daughter account in the app and just switch account instead of logging in and out.

I was trying to but the number of the file but it shows error, even Difficult to put the nationality! If we use this Kind of App that's mean we are sick and we need faster way to get appointment... Really hard to use.
