Paid for it, can't use it anymore. As an Android user who has a family of iPhones, I found this app a great way to keep track of my other devices without disturbing the user in class or on the road. Now I get an invalid username password message when I log in. The free version works (with ads), so I know the icloud ids and passwords are correct. Disappointed that this was not updated when the free version was.

The pro version I paid for many years ago worked great until yesterday. The free version still works, but it has all of the annoying ads that led me to pay for the pro version in the first place. I hope this is not a play to try and force everyone to become a subscriber. Bad taste if so. Those of us who paid for the pro version years ago should continue to receive what was agreed upon. Please fix the pro version and do the right thing. Thank you

iPhone logins are no longer able to sign in. Will update when fixed. Kind of wish a notification, or something, had been submitted if this was a known issue. Just because of the potential importance of the app. Glad I wasn't actually having to use the app to locate one of the devices at the time that I had discovered the inability to sign in.
A Google user
The ability to save iOS profiles so that you can track at the touch of a button makes this a godsend! Also love the google street view option! I had an iOS device and couldn't find a comparable app that offers the same features - so I switched back to Android! Love it! (Edit Dec. 2018 - the latest "Streetview patch" has broken the accuracy of it. Downgrading to 4 stars).

Apparently the login issue is not fixed. I have three accounts and it says credentials are invalid for all of them. Credentials work fine if I go directly to find my or iCloud and login. Developer must not be doing anything with this as there are no recent updates and no response to the problems that I have seen posted in the comments. There was no response to my previous post about a problem.

I have this paid version of pro. As of 8/28/24 log in issue again.... Update it still is not fixed . But the free version now works as paid version with no adds . And the latest update of the free version says ... fixed for legacy users of paid version.

Please fix the pro version I paid for! I see reviews saying the issue for iOS device tracking has been fixed but I'm still unable to track the devices I've previously been able to track. I don't see a way to update and resolve this issue! Used to be a great and accurate app until this issue!

"Unable to log on".. I have been using this app daily for years and now all of a sudden it won't work, keeps saying "Unable to log on". Not sure if this has anything to do with the latest Android update, but it would be great if this was fixed 😠, then I would rate it 5 stars again ⭐..
