Horrible customer service - no response at all. My 6 year old daughter had accidently downloaded and subscribed to their ridiculous weekly subscription of $89.99 - $109 twice in May. This is an insane price for an app like this. I tried reaching out to Google for a refund the same day this app was installed and had no luck, so I emailed the developer (as Google Help suggested). It's been over a month, and there have been several emails, yet there has been no response! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My 10 yr old neice downloaded it 4 times and I had 4 $150 charges come out!!! No 3 day trial, app didn't work when she was trying to use it, when I got home and tried to delete the apps.. it advices me that by uninstall it doesn't cancel the subscription so I went to check that out and to my surprise the 4 payments!! Nope!! Requested refund from Google Play

Waiting for response from developer. Google denied my refund for $99 weekly subscription even though my 6 year old purchased this by accident and without my permission. Hopefully they will refund me. I've requested refunds approximately twice in the last several years and they've never been denied before! Very fishy and very pricey.

This app doesn't even deserve a star. It's a rip off, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! It will charge you $89.99. Customer support is a joke and will not help you. If you have been charge simple go to your visa card bank and dispute it(get your money back) and block any further transactions from them. They are scaming people. I do not normally do reviews, but I felt I had to about this app. It's in your best interest not even to download it. Everyone should contact Google about banning this app.

I signed up for a three day free trial and when I tried to load the app it didn't work, so five minutes later I uninstalled and immediately unsubscribed and canceled the subscription so why was I charged 90 dollars? I was well within the approved time frame to cancel so thr fact you charged me after I cancelled and before the three day free trial was up I smell some fraudulent activities. Some one needs to contact me before my lawyer gets involved we consumers have rights, andhey will be upheld.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Charges $106 dollars immediately. My child downloaded this. It is a predatory app that counts on kids not knowing better and then huge charges rack up. Based on other comments, users cannot get help with refunds. I hope my luck is better. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Took 150 dollars for one week!!! Didn't subscribe it!!! Don't know what is it !! My child played with my phone!!! 150!!! For one week!!!! Never ever even get close to it!!!

SCAM ALERT 🚨This is a total scam and should be removed by Google Play.The main app FutureMagic downloads as a 3 day trial version, than after you press a template it makes you download this app , for which you are billed $150/week, (even though it's supposed to be a free 3 day) renewed weekly. How crazy is it that it is still up on google. Please axe this app now, before more people get scammed !
