So, same complaint. I've been keeping track of how many times I have to complete a collection to get a bonus piece for the rarities collections, I needed 13 more pieces, completed 13 collections, still need 10. I think every time this game has an event, it reverts to only handing out 2 of the 4 pieces needed for the rarities, which detracts from the fun of the game of not being able to complete all of the collections. This is the 2nd time I've complained. Please fix this bug.

Update: STILL CAN'T LOAD. Please fix!!!!! Game will NOT load up...its been going on for almost a week. I have sent in the problem when that option comes up stating you can close app, send and ??? (Sorry can't remember the correct wording.) I even unstained the app to see if that would do the trick, I didn't work. Same issue of shutting down when the game is trying to load up. Prior to this problem I would of rated it 4 or 5 stars.

Disappointed. Once you get past the tutorial more times than not during each game there are "no more moves" Seems you have to purchase items to advance. I enjoyed it in the beginning but its not worth continuing if every or every other game is frequently "no more moves ". Not saying it needs to be easy but definitely does seem fair to be almost forced to purchase items to advance in your game play. Edit: I have taken 30 screenshots in less than 24 hours of no moves left. Would be happy to email.

I've had this game previously on my device, somehow it was uninstalled and I'm just now reinstalling it. I had enjoyed the game. When I opened it, I couldn't play. I sat thru about 5 minutes of conversation that the villagers and such were having a conversation with the prefect. I tapped on the "X" in the upper righthand corner of the screen to skip that section but it didn't skip it. It went to the next thing that was being said. I hope I can play nxt time I open it.

Just starting the game, but it's a relaxing way to play mahjong and upgrade your village with a backstory and quests. The only thing is you get your quests all at the same time so it gets a bit confusing with the jumping from one to another and not completing the whole "quest". Itd be nice to complete a whole story line before jumping into another then another then going back to the first then jumping to the forth. Your line of quests is a mile long you dont know where to start or to finish.

At first I liked this game but after reaching lvl 22 I started having it. My main issue is when you lose a game and get none of the craft items you need. You are forced to play fast to get more but if you play slow you get half or less compared to playing fast. Play fast and you make mistakes, lose and get nothing. Some games can take 10 or 15 mins if you are slow. Now imagine losing 3-4 games in a row due to a bad pair. You could waste 30 mind or more and earn nothing. That's not fun.

Fun games. I don't read a lot of the story, but that's ok. My only real complaint is when I have completed 3 or 4 puzzles, or more, and still not gotten the item I am trying for. I can see 2 puzzles, but more than that gets frustrating fast. Especially when it takes several attempts to complete the puzzles.

My only complaint concerns the lack of free or earned shuffles. It's the aid I use most, and 1 shuffle costs 10 rubies or jewels. And those little rubies are not cheap. It seems I use at least 2-5 shuffles per game. I've never played Mah Jong before, and so I do make mistakes and wrong selections and must shuffle tiles to continue. However, it's gotten to the point where I cannot afford to continue buying these aids at this cost. Any help in cost reduction, or a earn as you play type deal, helps
