Got offered a trial for 99 cents, wasn't happy with my service, so I went to cancel. You are unable to, either from the app or the website, so I thought that it would be canceled at the end of the trial, like othet services. Nope, now I'm out nearly 60 bucks for the next two week. Not very trustworthy. If it's that hard/confusing to end a subscription, it's easy to imagine our data being easily shared to those, who made it so we needed a VPN

It's stopped working in Iran It's more than 2 years I use purevpn and it was one of the best in this category, suddenly it stopped working 4 days ago,I try different protocols and ports, nothing changed at all,please fix that problem, thanks for your support and help. "Edited" : I downgrade the app to 8.63.33 and everything works fine,so please update the app and fix the problem,I will appreciate it.

This is an inexpensive vpn and seems to do its job well for a good price if you never turn off your device or lose your connection (say, to wifi, if that's what you use). The problem comes in when you do go offline and reconnect later. Although there is a "reconnect" option that any person paying for a vpn would select, this slider is merely decorative. Your device will NEVER reconnect to your VPN automatically and once you disconnect and reconnect, you are vulnerable to hackers. Beware.

Works the way it should most of the time. I travel a lot to Europe, Asia, and I have been able to connect to diferent countries as I wish. No complaints from me. I only needed to contact the tech support team twice in the past, and they were very helpful and courteous. The service is exemplary. I tried to watch Netflix from other countries while in the US, some works, some not. But I guess that is Nexflix’s doing in that particular country. So for my needs, I am completely satisfied with Purevpn

Manual VPN configuration required (Finland),dont know why it isn't listed on app. Customer service has improved! Resolved the manual configuration issues. Advertised specifically to work with Netflix, but it doesn't, Netflix notices VPN and stops playing. Tried tethering VPN over to other phone, same error. Tested on OSX,iPhone,Android. Other than that seems okay.

I switched from expressVPN because pure VPN had better prices. I'm pretty disappointed I'm the app quality overall. I usually have to restart the app for the UI to refresh that it is connected to a specific region and often the UI gets stuck. All that being said, it does 'work'...it just feels like a cheaper VPN...which I guess it is. Hoping to see the app quality improve a bit.

After 2 years it's still not working, the interruption as well. You can find my initial concern below. This app does not allow u to stream with Hulu or Amazon, so practically useless. Still no able to use after 1 year and they haven't credited me or offered an extension of service for all the time I have not been able to use it. Please don't subscribe for 90% off or even for free.

Mobile app is horrible. When I click connect button, it connects for a second and then immediately disconnects. Then one day it suddenly connected on its own, which was good... until I wanted to turn it off. Pressing disconnect button wouldn't turn it off. I ended up deleting the app cache so it signed me out and finally disconnected. I want to say that on the desktop, I find this vpn service to be great, but for mobile it is horrendous. I downloaded a different free vpn that actually works.
