Desertopia is a relaxing and therapeutic idle simulator where you can spend 5 to 10 minutes a day transforming a barren desert island into a vibrant, thriving habitat — all at your own pace.
You're here to care for the island and help restore its wildlife.
Occasionally, you’ll need to pick up floating trash to keep the environment clean.
You must also make decisions about events triggered by human activity.
Will you allow a tour group to visit the island? Should you build a resort?
Every choice you make will directly influence how the island develops.

・Storybook-style art: Just watching animals roam the island is its own kind of therapy.
・100+ animals: Desertopia features over 100 unique creatures and 25+ terrain types. More than 15 legendary creatures may appear under special conditions — some only during festivals and holidays!
・Weather and water evaporation: Water evaporation is a unique gameplay mechanic. You'll need to summon rain regularly to maintain livable conditions for your wildlife. If neglected, the island will slowly revert into a barren desert.
・Multi-layered music: Enjoy rich, layered background music that shifts based on the area of the island and the wildlife within it.
・Events: Cruise ships bring various people and events to the island. Each comes with both benefits and drawbacks. How your island evolves is entirely up to you.

Id give it a 4.5 out of 5 honestly cus it's not perfect, BUT ITS REALLY GOOD. The beautiful and simplistic designs of everything really makes me feel calm. Also the music fits the game. It's so calming and cozy. Playing it on a rainy day is IDEAL. the only problem I have is that the instructions are not clear enough and when I first downloaded it I found myself very confused at what to do. Also they should notify when you need to collect rewards cus I was very confused when trying to find metal.

The game is extremely cute, but heavily geared towards microtransactions. I would pay for a "full" version, where energy and other items are easier to get through gameplay, but I don't like spending money on in-game items. I understand the point they're trying to make with pollution being permanent, but it's a bad gameplay decision. There should either be a way to remove pollution without paying real money, or tourists should give you a lot more gems. Gorilla killed my yak. I miss you, Yakov.

The graphics are gorgeous, the controls are simple, but the gameplay is complex and interesting. It's a great, relaxed game to open once or twice a day. Lack of tutorials or guides (both in game and online), means that you will be figuring everything out on your own, and I rather like that.

The graphic is really relaxing, I love the color of the game, all details are very simple but eye-catching. But the development team should add some more things like habitats tutorial, I'm a little bit confusing about how to create new environments,in addition the only way to increase your gems is by paying real money so it's hard to play the game enjoyably, and the last thing... It said I have 2 creatures in my habitat but I just can only see 1 of them. I'm looking forward to your maintenance.

First of all I loved the beautiful storybook-like illustration in this game. Having a very relaxing BGM. However there are plenty if cons for idle tapping game like this. You dont have a wide space to tap but uses one finger to tap on a windmill. There are no boosters or power-up that are free to enhance energy accumulation. Its geared towards payment system. Tourists are said to develop the island but stood idle without interaction options. Some hidden features leave the player blind guessing.

Great game..also some what educational. I have been playing for some time and I noticed one problem. Some times when l find a creature that has already been found and It doesn't apear😠. I even found a yeti 2 times but still l only have one. that is not the only time it happend, even some foxes, flamingos, seaguls and some other animals. Still a great game.would have given it ten stars if there wasn't a problem.🙂

If you enjoy watching ads nonstop just to find one tiny animal that you probably already have then this game will be perfect for you!!! Takes wayyyyy too long and the reward is not even close to worth it. I've tried to get into this game many different times because I loveeeee the concept, but the game mechanics aren't where they need to be to make this game amazing.

It would be a fun game if you learn it but the sad part is it has an incomplete set of " how to play". Some of the missions cannot be completed because the game isn't updated. Its Mostly just watching ads, even the missions are just watch ads. I watched ads more than I payed the game. (P.S where when and what floating market.)
