Tonk is played with 5 cards - and is similar to Gin Rummy and knock rummy. - Card Game Rules
Tonk is played with a single card deck that is dealt to a maximum a three players. The object of this card game is to discard all your cards by forming a sequence or set (known as a SPREAD). You can also discard a card by "HITTING" another players (or your own) spread. You can end the round by tapping "KNOCK". "Knocking" will count each player's card - the player with the least amount of points wins. Points are assigned based on the card value. Tap the "Rules" button in the app for a detailed set of rules on how to to play tonk card game.

Found this game about 2 weeks ago. I played it a lot in my younger years & was very good at it. Turns out, my skill level hasn't diminished much at all. I'm kicking 🫏 & taking names. I love it. Anytime I'm idle I can't stop myself from playing. 5 Stars but there is one negative. When a players ' spread is hit, Noone misses/skips a turn. You can still "knock" & that's not the way I Remember the game.

okay first and foremost my apologies to the game developers that put their hard work in creating a classic game tonk start classic game is spot on everything I remember about the game so that's why I rated the game 5 stars haven't played it for a while but so far I see no problems yet until then great work 💯💯💪💪🤘 so everybody's on the team the bosses should be proud of all of you guys I see one discrepancy dealer does not turn over a card the player turns the first card

Great game! I haven't played Tonk in years, but recently started playing again with friends. I can't get enough of the game, so I found Tonk Star & have been play daily. Iys a must try, great to learn but also stay on top.

I grew up playing this game for money as a kid, love this game. Very realistic, computer makes a bad move every now and then, but so do I. What is criteria to move up in badges.

This game brings back Fond Memories of learning and playing Tonk with my grandmother and aunt. I remember for generations, they would teach every child how to play tonk as soon as they knew how to count. The costs were always .25 cents a hand.

Please fix computer knocking when they both have 2 cards. They knock no matter what total, which makes the game look bad. But, they never knock when I have 1 to 3 cards.

The graphics are very basic and your opponents are AI so they cheat. Cards that have been played get played again by the AI players. If you pull a card that was just played and try to discard it, you can't, but the AI can. If you have the option of hitting yourself or the AI, the game decides and you'll hit yourself. If you have a spread of four and only want to spread three, the game won't let you. Horrible! I played for a couple of months, but I am done.
