Unable to register the app, bug preventing the address search from working and additionally it will not allow me to manually type in the city even though the correct zip code has been entered. I tried this app on both Android and iOS with the same results.

The irony of no tech support for an app I was told to use to open support tickets. Never received email after registering. No way to follow up. No way to request they send another email. Won't let you reregister. Says "We have already sent you an email."
