App is really bad since it's always glitching, very slow, and not very intuitive since the layout is more complicated than it has to be. When I get an error message like "this wallet is expired," rather than giving me a solution, it tells me nothing and I'm left without a means of transportation. Really awful user experience and these glitches have to be fixed

Pretty buggy, once in a while it completely logs me out and I have to log back in, no support for keeping password stored via Google account. Currently as of 01/06/25, I open the app and it immediately closes (crash). I need it by the time the spring '25 semester starts!

After buying multiple tickets and using the app daily now all of the sudden. I get "Barcode Error" can't open tickets I bought.

Nice idea but not well excuted bit confusing at first if you have a long term pass. It has a weird number of screens to load to get to your ticket which makes the line go slow. Worst part is it crashes constantly. Bus dribers seem aware so if you show them it crashing theyll just let you on but its still a hinderance.

At 1st i was impressed it showed disabled/ prises. After loosing my phn i was disappointed. The app refuses let me create wallet w/new phn, nor does it show disabled/senior prices which i need. I called buswatch & we did everything uninstall, change password, it wont let me log in correctly. I even tried registering as new usser & it still didn't show the disabled/senior pricing.

The app is fine... when it works. Other folks have noted that it's glitchy when they use it (ticket issues, account issues, etc.). I can't even get it to consistently open and get a fair number of "not responding" messages, even when the app is up to date.

Don't download this app! I tried to buy a ticket but gave me an error screen and took the $1.75, I tried looking for the ticket, but it's empty and no receipt in my email. I don't know why they changed to a different app because this one is just dogshit.

I have never been able to use my school pass. Contacted RTA four times, always say it's working now, then I ended up with the same problem that I discouraged myself not to Contact them no more. The past bus application was better.
