I've used GetCleaner for three sessions and have been consistently disappointed. Despite requesting a change, the same cleaner was sent each time, and the quality of cleaning was unsatisfactory. Key tasks like cleaning surfaces thoroughly and taking out the trash were neglected. Additionally, the pricing feels high considering the poor service I received. My requests for a different cleaner have gone unaddressed, leaving me frustrated with the service.

Nice that you can get someone coming last minute. But the 30 shekels back they promised on the first order was a lie. The cleaner was extremely slow and I had to pay for one more hour that cost me more than 100 shekels without any warning before giving the approval. Apart from that they force you to pay a tip that you don't see until final payment. The price policy is not transparent at all. Be careful

STAY AWAY! WASTE OF MONEY! Worst service ever! The cleaner was the worst cleaner i've seen, ever! He left my house dirty and in a mess, and worked for 6 hours! The support team ignore all the emails sent to them and have no wish to actually help and solve the issue. STAY AWAY!

An absolute disappointment, booked a cleaning, paid. and by the hour from the booking the reservation been canceled. never got my money back. no way to call or write to anyone. just the worst.
