App works fine, no complaints per se. Would be nice to be able to delete uploaded scans and photos, for mistakes. I fat fingered and uploaded a really goofy selfie, which is now immortalized in perpetuity. Not the biggest deal, but deleting would be useful. Maybe it could be a "mark for deletion" that would finalize in 1-2 days. My phone's camera arrangement (Pixel 7 Pro) makes it tougher to get scans. But, most phones probably have all cameras clustered in the corner.

App works fine for me but they need to make it such that the app and data can be placed on a phone's "external storage" SD card. Otherwise, your phone's internal memory storage, which is often very limited because it already contains the operating system and other things, will fill up quickly. Now, after a few scans, I have to go into the phone's Settings to clear the app's cache and data, which then causes me to have to login again and stuff next time I use the app. 11/5/21 Now app won't load

Scans regularly fail to send. I learned that i have to keep the app open until it is fully sent (it won't continue to upload in the background if I switch apps or the screen turns off), but even then my doctor has had to request I resend them after the app says they were sent because "the scan did not send properly" according to him.

Suddenly stopped uploading scans 5 days ago. I've done so many scans but none of them get saved and then Grin sends me an email saying it wasn't successful. Most of my messages aren't going through to my provider either. They asked if they could contact support on my behalf, and I said yes, but Grin never sent that message to them. I'm so sick of dealing with this app.

This app is horrible. 95% of the time it won't upload my scans and the other 5% it shows me they uploaded but the doctor's office says it didn't. It is a waste of time trying to do scans. Let's just hope my aligners are working and doing what they are supposed to do since this stupid app was supposed to help not have to go in for an office visit as often.

This app is horrible. It is always crashing, and the scans take forever to upload. It always takes about 45 min for a scan to upload, or the app sends me an alert saying that the app isn't working and to close or wait for app to respond.

App often has errors uploading and need to try multiple times. App also crashes/stops response a lot. Scanning works fine. 4-27 still crashing a lot....
