Place an order on the app and we will come pickup your laundry and deliver it all clean to your doorstep. HOW IT WORKS
When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need:
• The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item.
• For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item.
• The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag!
• The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 85 per bag!
For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup.
On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We’ll make sure your items are well-taken care of and your instructions are followed.

I'm very impressed with this service but am giving it a 1 star because it was a very sneaky and misleading pricing model. They'll advertise a certain price package but charge you significantly more when the bill comes, adding taxes and a "service charge". UAE tax rules stipulate that taxes must be included in the price and can't be added later. I'm surprised no one has complained yet. Also, what on earth is a service charge? Very disappointing.

I use washman app since more than 1 year and I still have some difficulties using it. it is not very intuitive and it doesn't have an easy way to communicate with the company. also it would be good to have in the user's profile a record of all the previous orders with items delivered and costs for each. Finally i think the user should be able, when placing the order, to take pictures or at least list the items he is giving in the delivery bags.

It is a good experience overall but at first the app is confusing to use. The clothes always gets washed on time and value is great. One thing I will complain about is that there is always an extra dollar being taken from your account whenever you make a purchase that is never returned to you. Kind of like a hidden fee. Even when you pay the AED 55 for the insta wash you actually end up paying AED 62

The app is good but the company uses way too much plastic considering sustainability movements. We don't need to receive a set of bags each time especially when I only use one service. Try to combine more clothes into the clear plastic bag at the end to avoid over using plastic.

My experience with Washmen was incredible! Customer service: Each interaction, either via the app or a customer service agent, was straightforward and simple. I was thoroughly amazed at how personalized, efficient and easy the process was. Pricing: Fair, affordable and clear pricing options. Quality: I was so impressed when I received an email with a photo of a hard stain and appreciated the honesty, stating that it may not be removed. Luckily they managed to get it out!

The. most pathetic experience. Time and again with repeated instructions, the trousers are pressed like jeans with the crease spoilt. Once sent the laundry back twice to correct the mistake but came back the same and charged again on credit card. The customer service insists that they understood the issue but it seems they don't care. Never again I am using this service

When they started, washmen was a perfect app. I wish i can say the same now. The last 6 months have been terrible experience with mistake after mistake and incompetence in services. I have received the wrong order, i have received ruined clothes and i have received delayed items and even had items lost forever. Its a shame as this was really good when it lasted

Terrible service for an extremely high price. Do not use. They keep loosing shirts and ruining dark shirts They charge twice the price of a normal laundry which i agreed to expeting a premium service. everytime you place an order, they charge you 1$ which they claim is not deducted, but a trial, however, I've recently looked at my statement and they do take it. Customer service people is not bothered to answer for missing shirts except after seeveral follow ups.
