This App is specially designed for blind users who use TalkBack, the Android "screen-reader".

You may also use it with your book-reader, "Speak Aloud" or other Apps. But, this App is NOT a book-reader.

The voices are not perfect but they begin talking instantly, and this is very important for TalkBack users.

Our team is a small group of visually impaired developers. The languages and voices in this App are provided by other groups, or mostly blind developers.

We have only a few languages, but many of those languages have no other way for blind users to use their phone.

IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR LANGUAGE, please understand. You can perhaps help us obtain that language - email us. Please do not give a one star review.

The following languages are currently available: American English, Albanian, (Northern accent), Armenian, Eastern Armenian, Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian and Latin American Spanish, Czech, Croatian, Esperanto, Georgian, Finnish, Kyrgyz, Macedonian, Mexican Spanish, Nepali, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Tswana, Slovak, Tatar, Turkmen, Ukrainian, Uzbek and Southern Vietnamese.

After installation, open the App, select your language and download one of the voices. Then go to Android Text-to Speech settings and set RHVoice as your prefered engine.

Most of the voices are free, developed by volunteers or funded by organizations supporting people with disabilities. A few voices require payment. Revenues are shared between the voice developer and the App teams to help cover expenses and further development.

If you want to suggest new languages, please contact us on our support email address and we will let voice developer groups know. But we must warn you that building new languages and a voice takes a long time, and is technically challenging.

We are currently offering version 2.12.2. This is our latest, most optimized version. It is suitable for many different devices. Free download directly apk from the Google Play Store or other versions we're hosting. Moreover, you can download without registration and no login required.

Pretty decent with a few issues. The English voices don't feel as high quality as the rest. The voices in other languages can be used to read English text pretty well, but because there is no option to have them read numbers in English, they can't be used in place of the English voices. The biggest problem and reason I don't use this as my main talkback speech engine is the fact that all of the voices seem to have issues reading some of the letters on the keyboard, namely q g m and n.

Liked your attempts and app but needs polishing and more English-speaking voices like UK voices. In terms of polishing, voices when downloaded and listened via TTS, sounds too much robotic and electronic fumbling is too much like a phone not having a noise cancellation feature. Add clarity to voices. And add option to change them with system voices. And of course more English TTS voices. Promote your app. ❤️👍🙏

This is a good TTS, The voices are very clear, But, need more improve in it. Please add Hindi and other Indian languages. Because many people use Hindi and other Indian languages, We hope, you will solve our problem immediately After that, I will give you 5 star

You are such as lazy developer! You cannot build the voice is yourself? Why did you develop this app? Look at Google. It makes it voice is itself. Even if Google TTS not works fast with TalkBack I don't have any problems with Google TTS. Such a bad application

Best free tts voice Engine i can find,the voices sound very good but weird at the same time,but that can be a benefit for making horror vhs tapes or Mandela catalogue videos,the voices in this app are perfect for that. Anyway,good work! Oh lol i accidentally put one star 😅

Wow, I'm impressed by this app! I love that it support TTS for languages that both Google Translate and Bing Translate doesn't even have TTS support for, like Georgian, Turkmen, Tatar, and others. Great Work! Can you guys provide TTS support for Hmong, Iu Mien, Lao, Tibetan, Karen (aka Kayah), Karenni (aka Kayah Li), and other minority languages, PLEASE.
