The GLS app for Android allows you to track the shipments of your online purchases from our parcel and courier transport company. In addition, you can hire your own shipments directly from the app and request if you want to deliver it to a point of convenience or have us pick it up. - TRACK your parcels or courier shipments and select the collection option that suits you best. In addition, now we show you the approximate time slot of 3 hours in which we will make the delivery. To make tracking faster, assign an alias to your shipment to quickly view it when you have several shipments pending receipt.

In addition, you will be able to track in real time the shipments assigned to your number with the stops left for the delivery staff to deliver the parcel*.

- You can return your orders from My GLS. If you have made an online purchase and do not want to keep the product, request a return from the app. You have the option of delivering it to one of our convenience points in the Parcel Shops network, as well as requesting collection at the place you want.

As a recipient of GLS parcels, you will be aware of the states of your shipment simply by accessing the app. If you register in My GLS, the GLS shipments that have your registration telephone number will automatically appear in your session and you will receive notifications informing you the evolution of the same, in addition to the emails related to the service contracted by the sender. We suggest you enter your phone number correctly in your online purchases to avoid possible errors in the recording of shipments. If you decide not to register, you can manually enter the tracking number and zip code to track the progress of your domestic and international shipments. Remember that in the tracking you can check the delivery options that your shipment has, among which is "Pick up at a convenience point", an option recommended for those people who cannot be found at the destination address and require a wide schedule of delivery. To make your shipments from the app itself, register your phone number and access the section "I want to make a shipment" by entering the size of your parcel. Select the option to deliver it to us that you want; convenience point delivery or home pick-up. We will show you the amount to be paid based on the characteristics of your shipment. Wrap the parcel well and take it to the point of origin convenience or wait for our delivery team to pick it up.

GLS is the worst shipping courier in the world. I was supposed to receive my shipment in 1-3 working days. And it has been 9 days so far without my shipment! terrible! it has been in my cities distribution for 5 days now and it hasn't come. the worst part is there customer service. it is easier to escape Alcatraz than it is to get in contact with customer service. let alone it being someone competent enough to get my shipment.

Worst service I ever got, ordered something for 300 EU, they promise me "maximum delivery date" for the past 3 days, the chat bot doesn't recognize anything I put into it, they ask for a 5 digit postal number when all of Portugal uses 7 digits... "Customer service" phone is not even connected, the automatic reply "customer service" phone asks me for the tracking number, I input it, and it hangs up on me.... This was supposed to be a birthday present, the birthday is today, thanks for nothing.

Informative, helps you to be able to plan your day around the delivery. I especially like the alternative delivery feature, GLS drop shop is great should I be out when they deliver I know it's just down the road.

This app brings no added value compared to webpage. It is exactly the same! Which means you will find the same 404 as reported in website. Changed definitions to my delivery package and got not a single confirmation that change was performed. Called many times to get feedback about package status and no one picked up, tryied more than 10 times during all day. I was forced to go to local pickup to try to find my package. Awful experience with this company! Avoid it if possible!

the app lies. tells you that the courier will come today, you stay home and no one comes. the app tells you that you are "absent". The next day my package was 10 stops away for 4 hours. The delivery estimate changed 3 times from 9-12 to 12-15 now its 15-18.

They WILL be late, won't tell you for the sake of nothing where your parcel is, don't have a hotline where you can actually talk to people (all they have is an automatic hotline that tells you the same scarse information that the app/website does) or any useful contact at all. terrible and absolutely incompetent

Seems to work fine but can't find a way to change language in-app. Also can't define time-slot, even though I can in the browser. Should be able to add a trusted recipient, not just a note, but generally. But it's useful to see all packages in the same place and even can name them!

Scam, In Portugal the app doesn't work properly, the callcenter is unreachable and they stole two packages from me. Almost all the app features uses ES/Spain infrastructure that doesn't work In Portugal. This company is a complete scam In Portugal.
