I had high hopes after looking at my friends notes with iPads. Friends, it is NOT THE SAME. At all. It lacks canvas compatibility that iOS has which is absolutely obnoxious. It won't let you upload notes into the notebooks themselves and it lags pretty badly. I was constantly behind on lectures. I wanted to like it because of long press for line straightening and palm rejection, but this is the worst app I've used for notes. That's even compared to One Note and my default app.

Having used good notes on the iPad, I decided to try using it on my galaxy fold tablet. I am extremely disappointed to see the status of the app compared to the iOS version. I thought maybe the real app was locked behind the premium paywall, so I signed up for a subscription. Unfortunately, no. The paid version on Android gets you no additional functionality. Until this version catches up with the iOS version of the app, this is a One-star no-go for me

I have this app on my iPad and LOVE it, but here on android I can't even get past the preview. The app only allows me to swipe through the "here's what is in the app" images and will not let me interact with anything else. It also doesn't give me a way to get past the initial info. I attempted to use the new pen that comes with the Galaxy s24+ but that had the same lack of effect. Please fix this, I want to use this on my new giant phone so bad!

It's not an app, it's just browser page running in separate window... Also when you go to another app and then return to goodnotes you see the white/dark sheet instead of your notes... Son you need to reopen the notebook every time...

Good app overall but extremely deceptive marketing. They advertise as being able to sync and view across platforms, but after paying for goodnotes 6, I'm told that it's not available.

Let’s be honest !

feels very limited compared to IOS version. also doesn't allow a onetime purchase only Subscription. If you used the IOS version just Skip this. Also not very s-pen Compatible allows writing but not hold botton erasing.

For IOS it's smooth with no issue but.in android the quality of it is different and lagging sometimes. Disappointed.

This APP is overall nice but it could be better... Actually I doesn't have any other updated versions like it is available on the IOS and the number of the notebook is limited up to 3 but it would be better if the limitation ws at least up to 6 and it doesnt have the features it has on the ios . Maybe the founders should start valuing the android users equally, as in some countries Apple products are too expensive to buy so we rely on android. It would be nice if the founders try to improve .
