Ugh! I was literally super disappointed with this app at first. But recently notifications have started coming in (yay!), and I'm able to fill out more surveys without having to go to the website (was really annoying). Managing studies still requires you to though (even though the webpage opens in the app) - which means annoying Google sign-in again. Please continue your progress of getting all the baseline functionality of the site in the app. You're on the right track, developers.

Scheduled appointment using app which says ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL TIME. Neither I nor the testing site is in the Central Time Zone, but I can do math. End page: YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED FOR 11:15 CENTRAL TIME followed by an email saying You Have an Appointment 11:15 EASTERN TIME. No way to contact developers to find out what the hell they're doing. A Google Affiliate? I can well believe it. Maps routinely picks circuitous route over direct and reroutes randomly based on in car conversations.

for some reason the step counter is not on my app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no success...very frustrating. customer support not helpful ...I am happy to be in the study but do not like the time it takes to get issues resolved.

Spent a month considering joining 1 of their studies. Thn several hours reading all the docs & fine prnt. Re-read it all before confirming, also double-checking that I met all the listed qualifications. Shortly after confirming to them that I wanted to join and to myself that there where no disqualifying factors I received a terse response that cryptically & dismissively said that I didn't qualify. So they either have secret/undisclosed disqualifiers, or they lie. Whichevr it is, not good ppl.

I can't even register. I just get the following error: "Hmm, something went wrong Sorry about that! Please try again later or contact the Project Baseline team if the error persists."

I truly enjoy being a Project Baseline Explorer and study participant. The staff have all been really kind and a pleasure to work with and you can tell that they really believe in what they are working on...and I do as well. I believe that the outcome of this project will be better than molded sliced bread! Wait for it.....I knew you'd get it!

Regular surveys don't show up in the app; the website is needed for that. I'm left wondering why I would bother with the app.
